My point is that even if she is not a sociopath, there's no significant reason to feel remorse. She isn't murdering someone or stealing. Even with a conscience, the need to feel shame for having sex with two men at the same time is a matter of debate. While I personally view it as shameful, I'd absolutely respect someone who has the view "that we are all animals, so there's nothing to be ashamed of."

She doesn't need to be a sociopath to do this without feeling guilt or shame.
