By way of background, Lorna Jane is basically a women's sportswear clothing brand. Because this thread is worthless without pics:



Lorna Jane propounds a bullshit message of female empowerment and an openly sexist affirmative action policy, hiring one female graduate for every male graduate and refusing to hire a man if they have to hire a woman first.

But the company contracted the SJW-MSM virus recently when its job ads got caught out advertising for a particular body size (small), bust size (90 cm) and "fit".

Rational people wouldn't have a problem with this because that job was essentially to be the model upon which their clothing got tested, but as we know SJWs are not rational people.

And the MSM, smelling blood in the water, have gone looking for more of a story and they've found it with a tranche of discontented former employees who say that Lorna Jane is not a safe space for fat fuckers and say that the joint is run by a bunch of bullies. Doing so, the story is replete with Red Pill wisdom.

It's fascinating to see how women actually treat each other in business. There is not one word of sexism or chauvinism in the article. Were the genders reversed there wouldn't be a word about it -- because the company would be understood by men as a results-oriented, high-pressure sales environment, and men would either step up to the plate or simply ship out to find something more to their tastes. The women in the article seem not quite to understand that this is what it means to compete in a male environment.

It's fashion, what do these girls expect? I haven't heard of a single fashion or cosmetics company that didn't have a massively bitchy culture. Not only is it competitive but it attracts a certain kind of person. Not just hot, bitchy girls but also camp/effeminate gay guys who IMO are worse than the girls.
I know a couple of girls who work for big name cosmetic and fashion labels and they always tell me how bitchy, stressful and unpleasant the working environment is.

Any female dominated work environment is full of gossip, back stabbing and bitchiness. It's just how girls are. It's why I will never work in a female dominated industry, I couldn't stand the bullshit.

Lorna Jane's problem is its a mid range sportswear brand rather than a high fashion label so it has more trouble attracting hot girls to work for it. Channel, lancome, loreal, etc would have enough hot girls applying for jobs there to not even have to consider girls over a size 8.
However Lorna Jane has obviously had to make do at least in it's retail outlets.

A business run by women and hires women over men but the staff are constantly stressed with high turnover rate.

In all fairness most retail jobs have a pretty high churn rate of employees.
