I noticed something in my apartment lease, and this seems to be a fairly standard clause in leases I've seen lately. There are legal ways to get out of a lease, and some are "sexual assault" and "family violence."

In other words, a woman can claims she is raped and then claim that the rapist may "come back for more." I doubt that the woman has to prove that she was raped. I would assume she would have to file a police report.

We often ask why women make false accusations. But this seems to be a plausible reason. If a woman wants to get out of lease, a rape accusation is one way to do it.

Do you know of any women who have cried "rape" to get out of lease?
