Im in the process of getting rid of a few women that are very persistent.
Coming to my work with fake car problems ,pop overs and trying to get in my social circle etc.
Whats the best way to do this without being a total dick?

Very politely start asking to borrow money from them everytime they come around or call. You'll either 'get paid', or they'll slowly stop coming around once you make a nnumber of requests. A win-win.

if you get paid, then you get paid! That's a good thing! However, I guarantee that she won't be able to deal with that for long. Don't ask her in a joking way, or lead her to believe that you're just doing it to get on her nerves. Always act like you really need it. Everytime she talks to you are trying to see you, come up with a different problem that requires money to fix. She will go away!

Ive done that..A couple weeks ago this girl who I have not seen in weeks came to my house and started banging on my door.I was in my house with another girl and she knew it.She had made me a big pot of spaghetti sauce and got so pissed she smashed it through the front window of my house.
Another girl comes to my house and locks the keys in her car makes her alarm go off.
I have learned to game girls who dont live in my nieghborhood to try to combat this.

Other ideas:
-Make yourself overly available (act beta, so she doesn't think you're a prize anymore)
-Start blowing her up with texts and phone calls late at night
-Keep asking when she's going to bring her hot friend over for a threesome
-Invite her out to dinner or something and then flake out at the last minute
-Start talking to her about other girls you like
-Ask her weird shit, like when is she going to blow your dad

I think when they realize that I'm perpetually "between jobs", constantly leaving town for unspecified amounts of time, and never want to hang out with them for anything but sex, they get the hint. I've never actually spun the "When are you going to bring your friend over?" into a threesome, but I'm hoping one of these days...

this is one of the few advantages of knowing how to act beta: you know how to lay low and distract unwanted female attention from yourself. I worked at a job last summer where my boss's daughter kept giving me looks but I knew I'd be fired in an instant if I tried anything, so to stop her from trying to talk to me and to get rid of the easy lay (though idk if it would have been) temptation i just acted really beta by having really long text-conversations with her and asking her lots of questions as if I was overly-interested.
