This idea has been bugging me for a while. I'm interested to know if anyone suspects the same or if they know via experience in working in clubs.

Most clubs seem to be very heavy on male ratios, sometimes to a comical level. To try and counteract this, most clubs charge more for men's entry than women's in order to incentivize women to come. Sometimes the women even get in free and/or get free drinks. However even with these countermeasures, I've seen nights where it is literally a room full of dudes looking around trying to spot a girl. (Needless to say, I don't go to clubs anymore, pretty much any other avenue is better in every way except possible pull speed).

On occasion, when I've been hanging around late in a club, I've noticed that some girls are especially good looking and don't appear to be there for fun. Unlike hookers, they're also not making any attempt to solicit. All they are doing is sitting around looking bored. On multiple occasions, I saw guys try and approach, but they rejected them without even looking at them.

My suspicion is that clubs are hiring these women just to sit in the club and give the guys enough 'hope' that they don't stop coming to that club. Frankly if I owned a club I'd probably do the same thing.

Yes, clubs in cities with skewed male:female ratios at night venues do it. In Lisbon or Warsaw I know first hand that it is done. In Ukraine or Russia as the ratios are balanced, that does not happen.

I've always wondered if hot girls that are not connected to the bouncer or promoter ever wait in the long lines? Has anyone seen a hot girl just cut the line and walk in without knowing the bouncer or promoter? I assume if the girl is hot enough, she could cut the line. I assume its the same way for celebrities that it is for 8's and above.

I've always wondered where in the world actually has long lines to get into a club. Is it just an American thing? From what I see in movies and sitcoms, American clubs have a completely different system.

I've seen it in certain larger cities in both the US and Canada, but generally those lines move at a reasonable pace anyway. Las Vegas is the only place I can think of where long lines are actually a very significant factor.


Of course, for anyone who is familiar with fraternity parties in the US, waiting in line is a common, accepted thing. Much of that has to do with a perception of exclusivity, even if some of the parties would be good for running game.

Imagine your possibilities if you owned a nightclub. You could purposely make the ratios like 3:1 in favour of women and only let in the most beta men.

Definitely. I know a bartender who told me that he would occasionally pay girls to hang out at the bar so that guys would come in and spend more money. He was also the guy who would never hire female bartenders because men were wont to fight over their attention and try to fuck them. He was an interesting fellow.

I know first hand that paying girls to spend time in clubs is a common occurrence here in China.

In fact, there are plenty of clubs where I can drink free, just because I'm white.

I don't think it's as COMMON as your scenario, that's generally just hot chicks who are BORED waiting for some fun to finally slam infront of them like a fucking meteor. In the high end scene MANY hot chicks keep going out over and over BORED hoping that "this will be the night that finally something happens"... (this made "high end" clubs very easy if you're not effected by the facade of it all)

The incentive for women is the fact that MEN will pay to go somewhere with the possibility of meeting a hot chick is probable. (Not including DJ or music events where there is a following for THE MUSIC) In the "high end" scene this used to be BIG BUSINESS but now I feel people have switched to the whole DJ headlining & the old-school "usauge of celebs". (This shit is KILLING NIGHTLIFE!!!)

At the top spots, it's the 1% of cool ass dudes who know shitloads of women...PERIOD!!! What you're seeing is a network of "connector" guys who all know tons of women which is how the ratio can go as high as 80% girls. In 2011, i remember on a tuesday at one of the top venues. (Jay-z really put it on the map in his lyrics) I counted 70 above average women and only 30 guys. One of the greatest atmospheres and vibes #NoThirstyDudes

There are tons of ways that the club utilizes these "connector" types as I've been offered and invited myself on many occasions back when I really was doing it up...
- Group Activities for FREE for the sake of getting girls out way before club starts (Bowling, Karoake, Pre-Game In Penthouse, etc)

- Dinners...This is so common, people don't even realize they can actually go to RESTAURANTS and barter for free dinners. In 2011, my boy brought out a bottle buyer who owned a $60 entree restaurant. 5am we went to his place, he personallyed cooked for our crew of about 10-12, we were allowed to smoke and drink at bar. (Actually bartering is more likely to happen at restaurants that are "trendy" social scene-like which does lots of promotional-like stuff such as brunch, specials, happy hour, etc because they're trying to create a social scene rather than put out mind blowing food)

- PreGame Venues...There i always places where everyone usually are meeting up as sometimes clubbing starts off late and it's a bitch trying to round up 7-8 hot chicks at 12am. For them that's like going from 0 to 100 "were about to go hard and I haven't even got in the party mood yet". (As a result trendy lounges will tend to have people who are there to attract "general population" to fill the space BUT also when the initial pre-game group leaves they're ready for the REAL SPOT and the pre-game lounge still has all the general population who are wondering "where are all those hot people going?")

All this stuff is a dying breed, I rarely see NEW GUYS doing this, just the same ole people I've known for past few years. (I'm talking in terms of really hot chicks)

One of the guys I used to hang with 2-3 years ago used to daygame models in soho he had about 600+ girls in his phone prior to even meeting me. (To be fair though, I think it was 3-4 other dudes part of his crew...1 in particular before I "knew" him I had seen in meatpacking with 15 chicks all 6ft+ in heels...Every "straight" man looked as it's not normal at all)


P.S...I personally thought that's what I wanted and was working towards that until about 150-200 girls it was almost annoying to be out as chicks were just pulling me around left and right. (I don't party just to bang hot chicks) One time I got so fed up that I couldn't even take 1min to "chill" as someone else would be grabbing me. At that point, I slowed down on cold approaching immensely...Yet, still would easily meet 100+ chicks in a month like clockwork...So, i slowed down even more to like 1-5 new girls a week. (One of the greatest times of my life by far and learnt so many lessons)

Here is Barcelona, they are given quick access to the club and 3 drinks minimum, my mate works at a place here called Opium, he's a "wrangler" during the daytime plenty of girls walk around the beach, he approaches them asked them about their plans etc. and if they seem interested and hot, he then proposes this to them, gives them the name of the bouncer and which bar they need to go to and ask for their "3" drinks. it's good business for the club, but you are essentially paying to be shot down or used for more drinks and then they are off between 2-3am.

It depends on the city. Warsaw clubs have started doing it en masse a few years ago as the gender ratios tanked in clubs. There the girls dance in groups of 5-6. Sometimes they are even of model quality. You can approach them, but it's hard to do so, since all of them are not supposed to drink alcohol. I got rejected a few times by girls like that until I managed to talk with one who admitted that almost all clubs are doing it now.

My buddy actually accomplished the feat of fucking one, but it was by pure chance. He met her in one club with a group of paid girls, but could not even get a number. Then he fortunately met her again at another club doing the exact same cockfest-defusal tactic.

I did not notice those kind of girls in Germany, Austria, most of France, most of the US. NYC is also unlikely to hire them or lure them through drinks like in the above example in Barcelona.

But I am sure that in some places girls are getting paid to dance and diminish the sea of cocks. Then the men don't feel too stupid standing around. But it's a piece of shit trick, since there is slim chance of ever closing with one of those women who are on the clock.

But - if you know what you are looking for, then you can spot those women pretty fast. Also it's unlikely that one of them is sitting looking bored browsing through the phone. They are expected to dance for at least half the time or more. It's always a group of two or more girls - sometimes 5-20 even on the dance floor. After a time you can spot them easily.

Here the hottest girls are always on guest lists and/or roll with guys who pay their entry. So yes in a sense you aren't wrong but they are usually there with someone else. Low key local celebrities, promoters for higher end events networking, or are working as promoters themselves and suckering guys into going to X shitty club/event/party.

Also lines here are used to keep ratios somewhat more even. Girls can skip lines and no one bats an eye.

Here in vegas they don't exactly pay girls but they provide a lot of incentives.
Before midnight women are given free bottle service/table. They're called bird tables, comp, or host tables. All clubs are different.
For example if you have a group of at least 5 girls they get a free bottle.
At most clubs the women get a couple of drink tickets for just showing up at the door, no cover of course.
There are clubs that are a corporate chain with restaurants. They'll give a group of women free dinner at the restaurant and comp bottle service at the club.
Once the bottle is finished they usually get bumped off by a paying customer
I heard there was one club that was actually bringing girls in from california by bus to go to the club and would bus them back.

They don't exactly pay them in cash money but almost.

I used to think all these girls were rich or had a rich boyfriend since usually the tables would be packed with women. Not true, they're not paying for that bottle service. Women are cheap as hell.

Yes. A fun game is to show up early, spot the hired girls with the free drink tickets and get them to 'buy' you drinks. I picked up 2 girls this way recently, just sitting at the bar, chatting them up until they started giving me free drinks.

A lot of times these girls don't get comped food, so they are more likely to share the comps because they don't want to down 3-5 drinks on an empty stomach. And you can use that knowledge to your advantage.
