Madness indeed. In fact a situation like this is what drove me to purchasing Bang in the first place, because I was so damn puzzled. Sounds to me like she's close to cracking though, so I wouldn't worry or put too much pressure on sealing the deal.

Keep your interaction (texts/phone) to a minimum and straight forward until you see her. When you do, don't just go right for the kill, lull her into a false sense of security. Then casually bring out the wine, pop in a lame ass movie, and kill the lights. Now she's likely to be bored and horny, just guide her hand to your dick and she should start doing the work. At the very least she should feel obligated to blow you.

Remember that you need to have the sex upper hand and not the other way around. Like CJ says, grab her hand and put it on your dick, it works wonders, and I never knew so until I tried it.
