A MONTANA man says he was inspired by last week's US Supreme Court decision legalising gay marriage to apply for a marriage licence so that he can legally wed his second wife.
NATHAN Collier and his wives Victoria and Christine applied at the Yellowstone County Courthouse in Billings on Tuesday in an attempt to legitimise their polygamous marriage.
Montana, like all 50 US states, outlaws bigamy - holding multiple marriage licences - but Collier said he plans to sue if the application is denied.
"It's about marriage equality," Collier said on Wednesday.
"You can't have this without polygamy."

They can bugger themselves all they want. Hell, in today's West marriage itself has lost a lot of its meaning. Have yourselves a legal contract that gives you tax benefits. But stay away from the children.
These people have a frighteningly high percentage of mental illnesses. They are not fit to rear children. Sorry about the pun.
And yes, I fully realize that there are mentally sick straight couples too that ruin the lives of their children.
I already see many lesbian couples with only young daughters(aborting or not allowing male fetuses no doubt). I fear for the future of my Nation as those become more frequent.

Polygamy will disrupt the current state even more. Mostly only very Alpha or rich men will be able to make it this way:
The real life examples are not overly convincing to me. If you want to do it, then you rather gotta make it like Hugh Hafner or Charlie Sheen and not get several "age-appropriate" wives.
Personally I have even discussed it with LTRs, if they would feel fine with it (most woudn't, but some would accept it).
This semi-pro PUA Adam Lyons does it with two relatively hot and young girls:
Still not convinced - sounds like a lot of work.
But I think it looks like a hell of a lot of work. Also if this is done systematically and there is no shortage of eligible men (that male shortage stopped somewhere around 1910 in most Western countries), then even more Omega and Beta males will be desperate out there.
And Scorpion is right - the words they use are very strategic. In the 1950s gay just meant happy and they have taken that word for the push of homosexuality.
Like in 1984 - they create words or change the language to generate their Newspeak.

When they take you to divorce court, they'll both get half each and leave you with nothing but your birthday suit.
The young guy above of course did not marry either of them. And we will see how happy he will be in 10 years.
But good - point - divorce with 2 women might bring some interesting divisions - you will either be left with nothing or 33%. If you had married 10, then less than 10% will do - heh.

Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief -- for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction:
Quote:Conservative Russians are putting flags on profile photos to offset the rainbows
KIEV, Ukraine — In Soviet Russia, love doesn't always win.
Responding to the wave of pride rainbow-embossed profile photos that washed across social media in wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that legalized same-sex marriage in America on Friday, some conservative and homophobic Russians are shading profile images the colors of their country's flag: white, blue and red.

Поддался всеобщему празднику любви.
Posted by Олег Чулаков on Saturday, June 27, 2015
The man behind the idea is Oleg Chulakov, an art director who created an app after he reportedly received thousands of requests from friends who wanted his help in altering their profile photos.
He said, however, that it was not done out of opposition to LGBT people and supporters of same-sex marriage. "We are not against anyone," he wrote.
But some people clearly are.
"Russia, as the country does not tolerate fa[gg]ots, launched a response — more and more users have changed the color of their avatars to the Russian tricolor," VK.com user Anya Enikeeva wrote alongside her Russian flag-colored photo. "I urge all concerned, return the rainbow to the kids!!"
In addition to embossing their images with the Russian flag, Russian users have begun to counter the popular #LoveWins hashtag with #pridetobestraight and #pridetoberussian (as well as the Russian translations, #гордбытьнатуралом and #гордбытьрусским).
In recent years, Russia has cracked down on LGBT rights, in defense of "traditional family values," the government has said. In June 2013, Russia passed the federal law "for the Purpose of Protecting Children from Information Advocating for a Denial of Traditional Family Values," or what is commonly referred to as the "gay propaganda law." It condemns LGBT people and bans giving children any information about homosexuality. Violators face hefty fines and arrest. The government has also banned LGBT pride events and public rallies. And it regularly jails defiant demonstrators.
At the same time, and as a result of these strict measures, human rights advocates say, the country has seen a rise in extreme homophobia, which in some cases has led to brutal physical attacks on LGBT people and activists.
The Russian Orthodox Church has been particularly outspoken on the issue. Vsevolod Chaplin, a spokesperson for the church, called the Supreme Court's ruling last week "godless and sinful," according to the Interfax news agency.
"People who like 'American-style democracy' and try to reconcile it with traditional values need to have a long, hard think after this decision," he said.
RE: Supreme Court legalizes gay marriage in the United States
I don't think we'll see that many high value men actually marrying more than one woman. I think most high value Alphas would realize it won't end well -- hell, they don't really want to marry one, let alone two. And even "high value" (i.e., rich) Betas won't because the first wife will have their balls in a little case next to her bed.
Sure, we'll see the Mormon type relationship increase, but that's not going to be pulling 7s and 8s off the market.
Some Charlie Sheen types might do it, but those won't last long. Some posers who think they are Charlie Sheen will try it, but again I don't think that's going to be 7+s.
I think you'll see it mostly with Betas and fat people, fag hags and bisexuals. It'll be rampant in the LBGTQRSMNOP community, but not real common elsewhere.
We see women wiling to "share" Alphas a lot -- she'll have 6 orbiters she refuses to touch but spreads wide when it's her turn for her Alpha's cock. But i don't see these types of relationships actually becoming marriages. The temporary, informal "fun" nature of it is what allows her hamster to deal with it.
Most women are about getting married, not being married. The big event of getting married will be ruined for their hamsters if they have to marry a guy who already has another wife.
Of course, I say all that, but... make a couple TV shows about threesome marriages, have Rolling Stone and Cosmo tell us how natural and awesome it is, then have Katnis and that vampire movie girl both marry Ashton Kutcher, and in 3 to 5 years, maybe every other chick thinks it the cool, hip thing to do.
Spin hamster spin.

Polygamy was always my response to the homo marriage crowd. Want me to sign your petition to legalize Bruce and David getting hitched? Sure, just sign my petition which will make to OK to for John, Mary, Stephanie and Vicky to get married too. The look on SJW faces was priceless.
I had always figure they would try to say:"Well this applies only for TWO people getting married because science, justice, and stuff", but I don't think the argument is going to hold very long. Much of the world practices polygamy and how are you going to tell all those Muslims that they can't bring wife #2, #3 and #4 over when it's OK for two dudes to celebrate their wedding at the courthouse? You can't do it without all kinds of ideological wheels spinning in the mud and they know it.
This could be a punch from which the Left will never recover. They assume all that has to be done is unleash the hordes on every church and cupcake shop which won't play ball. What happens when American born Muslims start telling them to go stuff it? What happens when the old order Mormons join in the alliance?
"We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."

Curious what will happen there, especially given the pussy details about the press release.
Quote:NASCAR tracks issued a statement Thursday requesting that fans "refrain" from displays of the Confederate flag while attending races.
The statement signed by 30 tracks, including the tracks owned by International Speedway Corporation and Speedway Motorsports Inc., is as follows:
“As members of the NASCAR industry, we join NASCAR in the desire to make our events among the most fan-friendly, welcoming environments in all of sports and entertainment.
“To do that, we are asking our fans and partners to join us in a renewed effort to create an all-inclusive, even more welcoming atmosphere for all who attend our events. This will include the request to refrain from displaying the Confederate Flag at our facilities and NASCAR events.
“We are committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere free of offensive symbols. This is an opportunity for NASCAR Nation to demonstrate its sense of mutual respect and acceptance for all who attend our events while collectively sharing the tremendous experience of NASCAR racing.”
A NASCAR spokesperson said the request would pertain to "overt displays" of the Confederate flag. If you're a fan wanting to bring in a 15-foot Confederate flag to fly on track property while at a race or are planning to use the symbol as a way to make a boisterous statement, you're likely going to be asked to not do so and possibly escorted out of the track premises.
The statement from NASCAR's tracks is a continuation of the theme started by NASCAR chairman Brian France last week. In an interview with the Associated Press, France said he wanted the flag eliminated from NASCAR events.
After France's comments, it was clear that the sport with strong southern roots preferred fans to not loudly display Confederate symbols. Thursday's statement makes it even more obvious, though we'll freely admit the request's success hinges more on fans making the (smart) decision not to display the flag than it does on tracks' ability to find offenders.
Daytona International Speedway, site of Sunday's race, is hosting a Confederate flag exchange program for any fan who wants to turn in his or her Confederate flag for an American flag. The spokesperson said the program could be extended to other tracks as well.
The sport does not sell any officially-licensed merchandise with the Confederate flag symbol and previously said it supported the effort to remove the Confederate flag from the grounds at the South Carolina Capitol.
WTF does that even mean?
Mind you, a private business I feel can do whatever they want in this regard, so I'm not saying they should or shouldn't be allowed to be so ambiguous, but...
It's straight up idea policing. That's what our country has fallen to. We punish people for ideas we think they have or don't have and which can't possibly be objectified.

Quote:“It’s about marriage equality,” Collier said Wednesday, in absolutely seriousness. He was not in any way mocking the gay marriage ruling. He simply believes that the ruling protects all non-traditional marriages between consenting adults.
“You can’t have this,” ruling “without polygamy,” he said.
Quote:Now the attorney general’s office is supposedly considering charging the three with bigamy.
“I knew the risks I faced when I asked the State to grant legal legitimacy to my family, and I accepted those risks,” he said, again, adding that he plans to sue the State if they charge him or deny the application.
“I only ask that if their intent is to lock me in a cage (and we wonder why they keep asking for more money to expand the jails?!?!?) over my family dynamic, contact me privately and I will walk in your front door.”
“I have no reason to run or hide. Please, don’t kick my door in and shoot my dogs,” Collier added.
He also noted the irony that such marriages between consenting adults are denied in a nation priding itself on being the “land of the free.”
“You can believe that the entire nation is and will be watching your choices and actions. There is no honor in destroying functional families.”

They'll ride the transgender wave next, which is now cresting, in order for us to accept a clear delusion, and some of you might even disagree on the same grounds. Again, if it was simply letting them do what they wanted in private without fear of persecution, it wouldn't be as problematic, but we know that's never where the left stops. They will move on to polygamy after transgenderism, which as I have already noted, is incredibly destructive for a stable society - and its prohibition was one of the bedrocks on which Western civilization was built.

I've seen more of the opposite - lezzer couples adopting Russian boys, for example. I think Putin put a stop to that shit though. Good man.

RE: Supreme Court legalizes gay marriage in the United States
This is no longer America, Jesus! The past few weeks has been a nightmare in this country.
In this latest case, a judge is fining a religious bakery for not making a cake for a lezbo wedding. Now the judge is forbidding the bakery to say anything in opposition to gay marriage.
Quote:HATE WINS: OREGON STATE ISSUES GAG ORDER AGAINST OPPOSING GAY MARRIAGE
In a sign of the overt fascism and religious persecution to come in the wake of a Left emboldened by the Supreme Court’s recent gay marriage ruling, a judge in Oregon has issued a gag order denying two Christian bakery owners from speaking out against same sex marriage.
“The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries hereby orders [Aaron and Melissa Klein] to cease and desist from publishing, circulating, issuing or displaying, or causing to be published … any communication to the effect that any of the accommodations … will be refused, withheld from or denied to, or that any discrimination be made against, any person on account of their sexual orientation,” [Administrative Law Judge Alan] Avakian wrote.
The gag order is meant to stop Aaron and Melissa Klein from publicly speaking out about their desire to not bake cakes for same sex weddings. The State’s order came after the Kleins were interviewed by the Family Research Council’s Tony Perkins, and after the State fined the Kleins $135,000 for “emotional damages” incurred by a lesbian couple after the Kleins refused to bake their wedding cake.
That this kind of fascist oppression was always the endgame in the Left’s push for same sex marriage, was apparent to anyone familiar with the Left’s tactics.
The push for same sex marriage was always nothing more the Left’s sheep’s clothing in a crusade to destroy Christians and the Christian Church.
By adhering to the word of God, the Left will label Christians bigots and haters, and use the power of boycotts and the State to punish and silence us.
Now that gay marriage is the law of the land, the gay-pride flag will become the fascist banner under which any Church that doesn’t perform same sex marriages will be dismantled piece-by-piece. The tools used by the Gaystapo will include coordinated hate campaigns in the media, as well as political campaigns aimed at removing the Church’s tax exempt status.
Christians and conservatives who never believed this could happen are part of the problem.
1995: We don’t want marriage, just civil unions.
2005: Our marriage won’t affect your rights.
2014: Bake me a cake, or else.
2015: Your opinion against same sex marriage is illegal.
Moreover, it is not discrimination to not want to be forced by the State to participate in and profit from what Christians correctly see as the sacramentalization of sin, which is what a same sex marriage ceremony is. Christians believe our very soul is at stake.
Besides the State, the true bigoted oppressor here is the fascist lesbian couple demanding Christians be silenced by the State, but only after demanding the State force a small business owner into celebrating their marriage.

^^^ That is fucking disgusting and these leftists will spit on the Constitution when it comes to free speech against their sacred cows. Yet will turn around and claim the very same Constitution gives gays the right to marry. These people are truly the enemy of liberty. They don't represent freedom of ideas, they are left-wing totalitarians.
