I just had the idea to make a shirt that says "I'm a Gringo." Wearing this shirt would be an open invitation for people to approach you and talk to you in English. I think this would be especially useful in Brazil since you have better chances with a girl who already likes gringos.

Does anyone have a special shirt they wear that helps them get laid?

I like to walk around ripped up at the beach with no shirt. This is usually an open invite for girls to come rub your nipples and smile (O~

My friends and I got white t-shirts made in Brazil with "100% Gringo" in bold black. Friggin awesome.

If you want to stand out in Brazil you should probably wear what is the regular beachwear at home. It will not be the same as the locals and women being the fashion freaks they are will spot this.

A much better shirt would say you are 100% from whatever the region in Brazil is that has the most black people (if you are not black). Now that will get you some weird looks.

Anyone can be Brazilian, such a diverse range of looks. People always stopped me in the street and talked to me in Portuguese, asking for directions etc in Brazil and I would have thought I was the least Brazilian looking person ever. So it's not always easy to spot a gringo.

I think the idea of wearing some shit shirt with 'gringo' plastered all over it is a terrible one.

@Gringo especially in Sao Paulo this happens. I'm very gringo looking and people in Sao Paulo would approach me all the time on the street for directions. After starting to speak a little they would realize I was a foreigner from my accent.

Yep, I'm not gringo but Brazilian is the 3rd nationality that people have confused me more for.

Haha a buddy gave me a shirt that says 'soy gringo, y que?' meaning 'Im white, so what?' I usually get a positive response from girls, I say go for it.

I'm sorry, but a shirt that reads "I'm a gringo" screams out and might as well be written with "I'm a huge douche bag."

Unless you have some moves like that Mystery dude, I find that your chances of picking up legitimate and worthy females by the use of this shirt to be extremely low. It's a gimmick, and a bad one at that - kind of like a shirt people buy at a trashy American beach resort that has a Spring Break top ten list on the back.

If you can pull it off, then go for it. But a stylish or unique shirt that fits well and looks good has much more potential.
