Trump should put the American military on the border with a significant number. The basic idea would be to use the extra personal to catch drug shipments going across the border. The amount of drugs crossing the border every day is massive. Everytime a big drug shipment is caught, Trump could advertise the hell out of it. This would give concrete proof why the wall is necessary, and be popular with the public. It would also bankrupt numerous Democratic politicians and their swamp rat donors who live off the drug trade. It would be a proactive and not passive response.

It's ridiculous that in the "Land of the Free" you can't even spend your hard-earned money how you want.

Of course, playing any state lottery is perfectly acceptable where the government takes 60% juice before announcing winners and then takes 60% of any winnings in taxes.

I used to be a high stakes online poker player before the feds shut everything down. I decided to stay in school instead of leave the country and I'm still bitter about "what could have been". There was rumblings that the government was going to legalize a bunch of online gambling formats, but they ended up just getting stricter.
