Its the same thing with guys like Steve Bannon, they talk about how bad mainstream media is then gives interviews and access to them then get stabbed in the back.

As much as they rant about the msm they still consider them legit (despite all their lies) and want to be part of that media elite crowd. That's what's wrong with them even Trump. They basically call for his death and he still wants to give interviews to them. How great would it be if he kicked out the entire press corp and invited only Infowars or Daily Caller? Or just gave exclusive interviews only to independent conservative media?

Its a certain level of elitist snobbishness. Even though they encourage violence against him, his family and his supporters he'd rather hang out with the cool kids (who want him to die) than slum it with the independent media.

I don't know if Trump gave Woodward an interview or not, but Woodward has not been credible his last 3 books or so. Even the ones he wrote about Obama's administration were full of wild bullshit stuff that has not to my knowledge come close to being true even today. He mixes up fantasy with possible legit stuff, but since nobody can tell the difference between the real and the liberties, and he will always sell alot of copies, he keeps doing it.

If Woodward now was more like the old Woodward, he would have wrote a book about the Obama WH working together to stop Trump prior to the election and the transition, and blow the doors wide open forcing Jeff Sessions to show his hand and causing massive chaos in DC. That Woodward is from a long gone time ago...

I don't want to get too tinfoil hatty here, but Woodward was a military intelligence officer that inexplicably turned down Harvard Law to become a reporter after he "left" intelligence work. This was during an era when the CIA and other intelligence services were aggressively infiltrating news organizations for the purposes of domestic propaganda. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Mockingbird

He was then inexplicably given an incredibly amount of information that allowed one faction of Swamp Creatures to displace another faction of Swamp Creatures in the White House (Watergate).

In a little fun fact, Hillary Clinton's first major act of shadiness was a "clerking error" during Watergate that may have changed the course of history and prevented an examination of the facts of the case. In other words, the Swamp faction that took power were part of the cabal as the Clintons.

I don't think Bob Woodward is the disinterested objective journalist that so many think him to be, and when he takes somebody out/gives someone a pass or a puff piece, I think it's a strategic decision made by his bosses, nothing more, nothing less.

To be fair, some of my friends from back in the day used to flash the "OK" sign and say "white power" as a joke. They'd say, "See! The fingers make a W and the thumb makes a P! hahaha". It was nothing more than kids being retarded. This was way before 4chan started anything.

I'm definitely not excusing the liberal behavior here - I hate them as much as the next guy, and their behavior is completely off the fucking rails. But I'm not sure this originated from 4chan. Regardless, anyone who thinks it is actually a legitimate white power symbol needs to have their brain examined. These cunts see racism and oppression everywhere. Their worldview is fucked and they are never going to return to sanity.

RE: The Donald Trump thread
The entirety of interview transcript is way too long to post here--go to the article to read the whole thing.
I'm personally pleasantly surprized Trump gave an interview to Daily Caller. They cover a wide range of subjects, and it was very interesting to read. Here is a snippet of how he chooses who to endorse.

FULL TRANSCRIPT OF TRUMP’S OVAL OFFICE INTERVIEW WITH THE DAILY CALLER

Quote:THE DAILY CALLER: “Could you give us some insight into what goes into how you pick somebody to endorse?”

POTUS: “It’s very much my gut instinct coupled with a lot of talented people that I have that know where these people have come from over the last two years. For instance, sometimes I’ll have a nasty never-Trumper and every once in a while it’s recoverable but generally speaking if somebody is that much opposed. Now if somebody is opposed, that’s one thing, if they’re that much opposed to a tune of coming up with the never-Trumper type stigma, it’s rare that I’ll get involved.”

THE DAILY CALLER: “Sir, what win are you most proud of so far?”

POTUS: “I think we have a lot of them. The Republican governor of Georgia, he was down 10, and I endorsed him, and I think he won 70-30. He won by 40 points. I did that endorsement at the request and I liked him a lot. First of all, I have to really respect the candidate, I have to like the candidate, otherwise I’m just not going to get involved. But he’s currently running as you know, he won the race against the man that was favored. But I did that for Sunny Purdue. But when I did it he was down about 10 points. And he ended up winning by 70-30. He won by 40 points, so that means he picked up 50. I mean, there are a lot of them. I would say of the list of 48 victories, I would say that close to half of them were races that could’ve been lost. I think the one in Ohio was a great victory, because when I get involved I don’t have the percentages, but he was very, very down. And he ended up winning by 1,800 votes. I would say Kansas is a good example. The governor of Kansas was running against somebody that’s always been, you know Kris who’s always been very strong Trump, right from the beginning. And you know he’s the governor of Kansas he’s running against. Kris is a good man, so I endorsed him, and he won.”

THE DAILY CALLER: “Yeah, close one.”

POTUS: “Close one, but he won. He was down 11. He was down 11 when I endorsed him with about a week, with about three days left, and he ended up winning. Donovan or Seth Dialin. He was down ten and won by 24 points.”

THE DAILY CALLER: “Right.”

POTUS: “Or thereabouts. That was a surprise because he was going to, you know, he was expected to lose. I endorsed him. He won by a lot. As you know he was expected to lose against the previous congressman, right? He followed him. I guess the one they talk about the most is Florida because he was at 3, don’t forget when I endorsed him, he was at 3. I put out two tweets. I put one out where I say he’s really good, blah, blah, blah, but that wasn’t an endorsement. That was when he was at 3. A lot of people don’t view that, they view the endorsement. Then a few months later and he went from 3 to — so he was at 3, with little money but a great guy and brilliant education. You know, he went to Harvard, Yale — great, terrific student, very smart guy. Just a very impressive guy, I’ve always liked him — Ron DeSantis. But he was at 3 and he went up to in the 20s with just not an endorsement. And then the endorsement, I mean —.”

THE DAILY CALLER: “And he took off.”

POTUS: “Well, the one who lost, who was expected to be the governor of Florida for the last four years. You know, they thought he had $21 million in the bank and his poll numbers were into the 20s and 30s. And Ron hadn’t really started much of the fundraising yet. And he was at 3. So then he went up from 3 to in the 20s. And then he started fundraising and did very well. And then he went from the 20s to win by 20 points. And that seems to be the one that people are most impressed with.”

THE DAILY CALLER: “Yes, they felt the impact of the endorsement.”

POTUS: “I could go on for an hour, but there were many of people that were way behind that ended up winning.”

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.

I personally find their warnings of a dangerous Mexican Jew Nazi faction very credible, and I'm grateful that they were able to educate us about this threat. What better cover for a group of Nazis than using the descendants of Holocaust survivors?

He's strong with the same people that gave him a landslide victory last time. The people that hate him are the same people that hated him last time. As long as the economy and unemployment keep humming along at the same level, he'll be re-elected. Big trade wins would be nice, but they're just the cherry on a very rich chocolate cake at this point.

My only worry, given exactly who his opposition is behind the scenes, is that they're setting us up for some kind of gigantic crash right before the election. That's the big nightmare scenario. And they're quite willing to sacrifice the American economy to get rid of him.

I didn't understand this at first so had to look it up, here ya go:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/articl...ehind.html

Quote:But when McCain returned to America in 1973 to a fanfare of publicity and a handshake from Richard Nixon, he discovered his wife had been disfigured in a terrible car crash three years earlier. Her car had skidded on icy roads into a telegraph pole on Christmas Eve, 1969. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered massive internal injuries.

When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons

had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.

Through sheer hard work, Carol learned to walk again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight and bore little resemblance to her old self.

Today, she stands at just 5ft4in and still walks awkwardly, with a pronounced limp. Her body is held together by screws and metal plates and, at 70, her face is worn by wrinkles that speak of decades of silent suffering.

For nearly 30 years, Carol has maintained a dignified silence about the accident, McCain and their divorce. But last week at the bungalow where she now lives at Virginia Beach, a faded seaside resort 200 miles south of Washington, she told The Mail on Sunday how McCain divorced her in 1980 and married Cindy, 18 years his junior and the heir to an Arizona brewing fortune, just one month later.

Trump's approval is beating Obama's at comparable times for the first terms and those are just the people willing to admit they favor Trump. Ask anyone that has been involved in polling or research survey data, getting people to be honest about Trump is similar to polling on gun ownership, people lie or fail to respond. Due to violence and stigma brought up by the rabid left, a good chunk of Trump's base is STILL in public hiding. You can't blame them, simply saying anything good about Trump(let alone saying you voted for or support him) on any college campuses or lefty work environment is akin to using the worst racial epithets. The dishonesty of the media has turned more people than you think, I personally know people that plan on voting for Trump that voted third party in 2016, solely because of how dishonest the media has been. Sure Trump may send less than prudent tweets but when the media comes out and the lies about said tweets, or lie about anything in general, Trump is absolved in most people's eyes.

At this point I don't think he could do anything that would lose voters, only gain them, it is not like the left and the media will suddenly find the virtue and honesty needed to win anyone back.

Yeah I read up on it also, a senior "anonymous" insider:

(I won't link it it, but here's a copypasta)

Quote:President Trump is facing a test to his presidency unlike any faced by a modern American leader.

It’s not just that the special counsel looms large. Or that the country is bitterly divided over Mr. Trump’s leadership. Or even that his party might well lose the House to an opposition hellbent on his downfall.

The dilemma — which he does not fully grasp — is that many of the senior officials in his own administration are working diligently from within to frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.

I would know. I am one of them.

To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left. We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.

But we believe our first duty is to this country, and the president continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic.

That is why many Trump appointees have vowed to do what we can to preserve our democratic institutions while thwarting Mr. Trump’s more misguided impulses until he is out of office.

The root of the problem is the president’s amorality. Anyone who works with him knows he is not moored to any discernible first principles that guide his decision making.

Although he was elected as a Republican, the president shows little affinity for ideals long espoused by conservatives: free minds, free markets and free people. At best, he has invoked these ideals in scripted settings. At worst, he has attacked them outright.

In addition to his mass-marketing of the notion that the press is the “enemy of the people,” President Trump’s impulses are generally anti-trade and anti-democratic.

Don’t get me wrong. There are bright spots that the near-ceaseless negative coverage of the administration fails to capture: effective deregulation, historic tax reform, a more robust military and more.

But these successes have come despite — not because of — the president’s leadership style, which is impetuous, adversarial, petty and ineffective.

From the White House to executive branch departments and agencies, senior officials will privately admit their daily disbelief at the commander in chief’s comments and actions. Most are working to insulate their operations from his whims.

Meetings with him veer off topic and off the rails, he engages in repetitive rants, and his impulsiveness results in half-baked, ill-informed and occasionally reckless decisions that have to be walked back.

“There is literally no telling whether he might change his mind from one minute to the next,” a top official complained to me recently, exasperated by an Oval Office meeting at which the president flip-flopped on a major policy decision he’d made only a week earlier.

The erratic behavior would be more concerning if it weren’t for unsung heroes in and around the White House. Some of his aides have been cast as villains by the media. But in private, they have gone to great lengths to keep bad decisions contained to the West Wing, though they are clearly not always successful.

It may be cold comfort in this chaotic era, but Americans should know that there are adults in the room. We fully recognize what is happening. And we are trying to do what’s right even when Donald Trump won’t.

The result is a two-track presidency.

Take foreign policy: In public and in private, President Trump shows a preference for autocrats and dictators, such as President Vladimir Putin of Russia and North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-un, and displays little genuine appreciation for the ties that bind us to allied, like-minded nations.

Astute observers have noted, though, that the rest of the administration is operating on another track, one where countries like Russia are called out for meddling and punished accordingly, and where allies around the world are engaged as peers rather than ridiculed as rivals.

On Russia, for instance, the president was reluctant to expel so many of Mr. Putin’s spies as punishment for the poisoning of a former Russian spy in Britain. He complained for weeks about senior staff members letting him get boxed into further confrontation with Russia, and he expressed frustration that the United States continued to impose sanctions on the country for its malign behavior. But his national security team knew better — such actions had to be taken, to hold Moscow accountable.

This isn’t the work of the so-called deep state. It’s the work of the steady state.

Given the instability many witnessed, there were early whispers within the cabinet of invoking the 25th Amendment, which would start a complex process for removing the president. But no one wanted to precipitate a constitutional crisis. So we will do what we can to steer the administration in the right direction until — one way or another — it’s over.

The bigger concern is not what Mr. Trump has done to the presidency but rather what we as a nation have allowed him to do to us. We have sunk low with him and allowed our discourse to be stripped of civility.

Senator John McCain put it best in his farewell letter. All Americans should heed his words and break free of the tribalism trap, with the high aim of uniting through our shared values and love of this great nation.

We may no longer have Senator McCain. But we will always have his example — a lodestar for restoring honor to public life and our national dialogue. Mr. Trump may fear such honorable men, but we should revere them.

There is a quiet resistance within the administration of people choosing to put country first. But the real difference will be made by everyday citizens rising above politics, reaching across the aisle and resolving to shed the labels in favor of a single one: Americans.

The writer is a senior official in the Trump administration.

had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure.

I'm eagerly looking forward to similar tales of women leaving husbands who are suddenly way below them in SMV.

Bullshit

Edit: oh, and fuck John McCain. He had a choice to leave his broken wife and enjoy his true social status, or stay married and cheat. That's marriage. He betrayed his country with that Obamacare bullshit after making such an effort to pretend to be a patriot. How much has he hurt every man here with that shit?

I'm the tower of power, too sweet to be sour. I'm funky like a monkey. Sky's the limit and space is the place!

RE: The Donald Trump thread
He needed loyalists willing to die for him instead he ended up hiring nothing but GOP establishment clowns who do nothing but undermine him and looking to peddle White House insider memoirs after he's impeached/killed.

He honestly would've been better off hiring people like Roosh, Alex Jones, Cernovich, Milo, Lauren Southern, Bill Mitchell, Molyneux and random people from r/thedonald for his administration.

If you even look at someone the wrong way it must be racist. I remember one time I did this to a black dad and his son. I was reading and sensed somebody walking a bit too close to me so I looked up and assumed a defensive position. The dad gave me a "why the fuck you have to do that to my son" and the girl next to me just rolled her eyes. These kinds of scenarios are the same. The normies will just get desensitized to it. Shame when real racism occurs and nobody cares when they should.

It was worth it. Without all that money McCain wouldn't have had funds to get elected and so many wins as a conservative senator.

Can't remember any of those wins off the top of my head, I'm sure another poster can remind me.
