I believe this. I've met Mike both times, and he was EXTREMELY generous with his time, and friendly with me, even though I had nothing to offer him. If I had something I wanted to get out there, I would leak it to him.

Agreed, or alternatively, I would leak it on this thread, right here on RVF... MSM meltdown guaranteed!

RE: The Donald Trump thread
Posting this here for the record. The journalists who may be vulnerable to investigation and possible indictment for knowingly publishing classified information would include the three at the Washington Post who wrote this Feb 9, 2017 story on the Flynn allegations and the NYTimes Jan 19 (online) 20 (print) article which revealed that Obama had wiretapped Trump.

Washington Post
Greg Miller
Adam Entous
Ellen Nakashima

New York Times
Michael S. Schmidt
Matthew Rosenberg
Adam Goldman
Matt Apuzzo

I don't know who their editors were for those two stories. But, whoever they were they should also face indictment on the same charge. Now, all we need is the name(s) of the Obama officials who leaked the classified information to them.

Predictably - the liars at the Communist (VERY FAKE) News Network are pretending the Susan Rice story is "false" to brainwash their sheep moron viewers into thinking Trump really had "no evidence" to back up his wiretap claim.

Anyone who buys into their propaganda is braindead.

I would say I'm shocked, but we're dealing with people who promote the idea that boys can pretend to be girls. There is no effective way to communicate with these morons.

I'm actually pretty sure Mike said that he got this scoop from someone at Carlos Slim's blog (NYT) who knew that Maggie Haberman was sitting on the story, so they leaked it to him.

Sounds like Kaz Nejatian is creating fearmongering.

From H-1B Visa Rule Tightening Stokes Fears In Silicon Valley, But Threat Could Be Empty
Quote:A policy guideline from the year 2000 that treats programmers with just a bachelor's degree as specialists eligible for work visas has been reversed by immigration officials under President Trump. But as foreign workers began to apply for visas yesterday, the significance of the change isn't clear, and could be more bark than bite.

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services issued a memorandum on Friday declaring "a more targeted approach” to issuing H-1B visas, non-immigrant visas conferred for temporary work in specialty occupations. The change: Workers or employers now must provide additional information as to what makes technology jobs complex or specialized if they don't require professional degrees beyond a bachelor's degree, CNet explains.

"Too many American workers who are as qualified, willing and deserving to work in these fields have been ignored or unfairly disadvantaged," the immigration agency said in a statement obtained by the Chronicle. “Protecting American workers by combatting fraud in our employment-based immigration programs is a priority.” To "deter and detect H-1B visa fraud and abuse," immigration officials say they'll continue their policy of "random and unannounced" visits to H-1B-dependent companies.

Such statements have been interpreted as threats, but just how seriously should workers and employers take them? Not very, claims Wired. "People are creating news stories at this moment saying, ‘They’re toughening up H-1B.’ Malarkey!” Bruce Morrison, a former Democratic member of Congress and a current H-1B critic who lobbies for IT workers, tells the magazine. "It just provides an opportunity to say they’re doing something when nothing is being done."

The website Axios was one news source quick to interpret the policy change as "Computer programmers may no longer be eligible for H-1B visas." Axios walked that back with an update from a USCI spokesperson clarifying that the alteration was "not a policy change."

Meanwhile, horror stories — perhaps entirely fictional — have proliferated swiftly: Kaz Nejatian, CEO of the financial technology company Kash, fanned the flames with a tweet alleging raids were happening or soon to happen in Silicon Valley. He later hedged that remark.

As immigration attorney Greg Siskind tells the Chronicle, what happens from here with visa applicants is up to the agency's discretion. "Depending on how [the agency] decides to adjudicate, they could deny a whole bunch of H-1Bs, even though people have a bachelor’s degree,” he said.

But for now, according to Wired, "Silicon Valley leaders fearful of Trump’s approach to tech can save their outrage for another day."

(04-03-2017 09:00 PM)TravelerKai Wrote:  Well well well! Susan Rice was the perp eh?

Obama's Co-Chief of the Brown Paper Gang Brigade! I shouldn't say this, but these Negroes have no common sense whatsoever.

Rice would follow Obama into a burning fire. Another one for the keeping it real clan, of half white-black people that think they are the black people that run the US. Clannish as fuck, but only because none of them are darker than a brown paper bag. I bet her brother is doing a double face palm right now.

This amateur hour shit from inexperienced people in government, notably women and Black Democrats not in the Clinton Family Tree, is quite interesting. The Clintons knew how to get away with shit for years. Hilldog's old man was a big player. They are the Frank Underwood inspiration for House of Cards. The Bush family are old pros with legacy in government.

Did any of them do anything stupid enough to go to jail over, like Obama and Rice just did? No. Obama's arrogance is going to get him skewered while the Clintons laugh their asses off. Hillary likes calling him a neophyte. Pissed off alot of Dems for saying that shit, but boy was she right in alot of ways. Donna Brazile would not have gotten caught if those emails were not hacked. Bill trained her well in the art of statecraft....

Funnily enough, Rice is the least likely of Obama's people to toss him under the bus. Thing is, if she is looking at prison time, will she change her tune? Who knows. Bitches will do alot of stuff for men they love to death, but for many, jail isn't one of them. We shall see.

You know, looking back, we noticed the ultra tense meeting between Obama and Trump after Trump won. They both looked as if they had a huge fight behind closed doors. Not saying Trump knew back then, but Obama certainly had this spying issue in the back of his mind, realizing that it would be a matter of time before stuff is found. His insistence on keeping WH staff during transition is now apparent to me as a way to:

1. Stall for time
2. Disrupt Trump on agendas
3. Cause leaks
4. Keep eyes and ears inside to gauge reaction.

The General Flynn thing was coordinated to a T!!! They knew about his Russian affiliations beforehand and with information inside they either observed or even guided that in that direction. Perhaps they just knew he knew everything they were doing and they prepared that no matter which post Trump was going to offer to him, because they knew he knew waaay too much. Flynn was one of Trump's top snitches/advisors during the election. Once Trump got sworn it, he probably told him immediately what else was going on that he may not be able to be briefed on otherwise.

As for that guy that posted about Trump and women in his govt. We all know he isn't a 100% red pill dude. If he is anti-feminism, it isn't 100%. Realistically you cannot operate businesses or anything here without hiring women. We all get that, but he better keep them out of various positions.

They make stupid mistakes that are unethical, get hoodwinked by foreign leaders, and have fickle loyalty. Unfortunately, others, including other women (Hillary with Huma), like using other women as disposable wipes to cover their asses with as well. We here know that women hate each other the most, better than other non-Neomasculity men. All that shit does is make these women have hard hearts that will do cutthroat shit to get ahead more so, that they normally would. Think women that abort your child even if you offer them a million dollars are cold hearted? Nah, female CEOs that climb from the bottom or female lawyers in government are.

Spot on, Obama was nothing but community organizer walking around late night bingo in Chicago with a clipboard and a pen in hand, he failed his first senate run and Michelle got paper for divorce, this confirmed by Mallik.

He was lucky to win in Chicago, and then the entire deep state complex picked him as his new puppet to be POTUS, but he is too narcissistic to realize that without the massive support from the MSM and the entire establishment he would be nothing, he can't even talk normally without a teleprompter.

When you think about it, Obama does not have the best interest of America in mind. Obama should be considered a foreign president.

Obama like the MSM and Hillary camp were so overconfident she will win he did a mess behind the scene and did not worry because Hillary will take over and everything will stay hidden. Now we know stuff we only speculated before, like funneling millions into progressive far left groups.

Taking down Flynn has started to backfire in their faces big time. 60 Minutes must feel very pathetic realizing Cernovic was using them to get his name out and enough attention before revealing the Rise news.

Fuck this Kaz dude and the H1B1 horse he sucked off to get there.

https://www.ineteconomics.org/perspectiv...ch-workers

For the last 25 years countless Americans (including many 1st and 2nd gen immigrants) have pretty much been fucked over. Creative, innovative and risky Science and engineering is what built this country. Not mindless drones.

Trump needs to curb stomp this shit. To say that this has huge national security concerns would be a couple of cubes off an iceberg.

Working in a university on an H1 is basically indentured servitude btw.
You want to know why everyone parrots global warming without a second thought? Here is your answer.

I couldn't give a shit about social mobile app VR media . I want space, high tech materials, new improved medicine to make me live better longer, cleaner everything etc etc etc

Written by one Eric Weinstein, who manages Theil Capital.

BTW, this whole mindless drone in science education was written about by some dude no-one ever heard of, a Dr. Richard Feynman during his teaching stint in Brazil, some 50 years ago.

Quote: Upcoming labor market shortages will devastate Science and Engineering.

This was a mantra heard through much of the 1980s. And yet, the predicted “seller’s market” for talent never materialized as unemployment rates actually spiked for newly minted PhDs in technical fields. In fact, most US economists seemed to think that the very idea of labor market shortages hardly made sense in a market economy since wages could simply rise to attract more entrants.

In the late nineties, in the course of research into immigration, I became convinced that our US high skilled immigration policy simply did not add up intellectually. As I studied the situation, it became increasingly clear that the groups purporting to speak for US scientists in Washington DC (e.g. NSF, NAS, AAU, GUIRR) actually viewed themselves as advocates for employers in a labor dispute with working scientists and were focused on undermining scientists’ economic bargaining power through labor market intervention and manipulation.

Increasingly the research seemed to show that interventions by government, universities and industry in the US labor market for scientists, especially after the University system stopped growing organically in the early 1970s were exceedingly problematic. By 1998, it was becoming obvious that the real problems of high skilled immigration were actually rather well understood by an entire class of policy actors who were not forthcoming about the levers of policy they were using to influence policy. The NSF/NAS/GUIRR complex appeared to be feigning incompetence by issuing labor market studies that blatantly ignored wages and market dynamics and instead focused on demographics alone.

During the late 1990s I became convinced that in order to orchestrate lower wages for scientists, there would have to have been a competent economic study done to guide the curious policy choices that had resulted in the flooded market for STEM PhDs. For this theory to be correct, the private economic study would have had to have been done studying both supply and demand so that the demand piece could later be removed, resulting in the bizarre ‘supply only’ demographic studies released to the public. Through a bit of economic detective work, I began a painstaking search of the literature and discovered just such a study immediately preceded the release of the foolish demography studies that provided the public justification for the Immigration Act of 1990. This needle was located in the haystack of documents the NSF was forced to turn over when the House investigated the NSF for faking alarms about a shortfall.

The title of this study was “The Pipeline For Scientific and Technical Personnel: Past Lessons Applied to Future Changes of Interest to Policy-Makers and Human Resource Specialists.” The study was undated and carried no author’s name. Eventually I gathered my courage to call up the National Science Foundation and demand to speak to the study’s author. After some hemming and hawing, I was put through to a voice belonging to a man I had never heard of named Myles Boylan. In our conversation, it became clear that it was produced in 1986, as predicted, immediately before the infamous and now disgraced demographic shortfall studies.

The author turned out, again as predicted, not to be a demographer, but a highly competent Ph.D. in economics who was fully aware of the functioning of the wage mechanism. But, as the study makes clear, the problem being solved was not a problem of talent but one of price: scientific employers had become alarmed that they would have to pay competitive market wages to US Ph.D.s with other options. The study’s aim was not to locate talent but to weaken its ability to bargain with employers by using foreign labor to undermine the ability to negotiate for new Ph.D.s

That study was a key link in a chain of evidence leading to an entirely different view of the real origins of the Immigration Act of 1990s and the H1-B visa classification. In this alternative account, American industry and Big Science convinced official Washington to put in place a series of policies that had little to do with any demographic concerns. Their aims instead were to keep American scientific employers from having to pay the full US market price of high skilled labor. They hoped to keep the US research system staffed with employees classified as “trainees,” “students,” and “post-docs” for the benefit of employers. The result would be to render the US scientific workforce more docile and pliable to authority and senior researchers by attempting to ensure this labor market sector is always flooded largely by employer-friendly visa holders who lack full rights to respond to wage signals in the US labor market.

The correlate of these objectives were shifts in orientation toward building bridges to Asia and especially China, so that senior scientists, technologists, and educators could capitalize on technological, employment, and business opportunities from Asian (and particularly Chinese) expansion. This, in turn, would give US scientific employers and researchers access to the products of Asian educational systems which stress drill, rote learning, obedience, and test driven competition while giving them relief from US models which comparatively stress greater creativity, questioning, independence, and irreverence for authority.

I wrote this up in a study that the National Bureau of Economic Research published. Until a few weeks ago, it was available on their website. With other studies now appearing that are consonant with my conclusions and the Trump administration studying a possible revision of legislation on visas, I am grateful for INET’s encouragement and willingness to republish my study.

Googled Mike Cernovich. First article matches before Danger & Play are a riot.

"Why the White House Is Boosting Mike Cernovich"

"The president's son thinks PizzaGate conspiracy theorist Mike Cernovich should win the Pulitzer"

"It’s Mike Cernovich’s world and you may not be living in it, but his followers sure are"

They couldn't be more shook.

There is no such restriction on a journalist publishing anything classified unless at some point in their career they held a security clearance and pledged - for life - to not disclose classified information. Other than that, it's fair game, first amendment-wise.

Now, for Hillary Clinton, there is no excuse - she signed an NDA as head of the state department and pledged not to disclose any classified info. She should be prosecuted - hopefully we will see that happen soon.
