An American citizen spearheading the California secessionist movement said he’ll open an embassy in Moscow this weekend as his separatist campaign looks toward Russia for recognition. Any particular state(s) come to mind? I've been to many of them, and Idaho seems to have a decent balance of cost of living and nice people. Still looking into other options.
