I think what really helped in MI is #1 - there's a lot of rich ass exec level tycoons, mid-lower level wealthy managers, around Detroit Burbs and northern MI. More Republicans there than you think.

Far as I'm concerned if he holds Virginia, it will be the rednecks who saved the world.

I had Virginia light red myself before the day started. MI has 16 electoral votes to VAs 13. He really needs MI because if Florida is a problem, that state is almost mandatory for him. He campaigned very well there, so I was optimistic about it, but it is nice to see it showing through.

Remember Florida will automatically recount the votes if it is too close there, and we will be waiting many more hours for that to pan out into the next day. UNLESS he kills MI, OH, etc.

At the end of the day, white guys as a whole stepped up. The decucking or outright rebellion of males in general is saving the day.
