Exceptions should be made of course for kids of people with legal work permits etc. I'm talking about the people who come here on tourist visas out of fucking nowhere for birthright citizenship.

The way they function is that they like to sue on any civil matter that is race, gender, etc. related. Their reasoning is that anyone that steps foot on US soil is worth defending legally. Which is a civil matter, hence the C in their name.

Foreign wars are not matters they can sue on and is outside of their focus. Lot of that has to do with our troops are volunteers. If we had conscription or forced service, they would have sued the government a long time ago. I haven't looked it up, but I bet they have helped women, gays, etc. in the military over some issue before.

I knew they were going to jump into this ASAP. They used to be a good org, now they are just subversive globalist ultra liberals with too much donor support.

They will not be able to successfully argue that these people are entitled to citizenship on any court level, but they will use any technicality to get them to escape or burn time to become one or a resident.
