Friend -- You know how I feel about public polls -- they’re erratic and unreliable, especially when you look at a general election match-up this far from Election Day.
But a new poll came out yesterday of three key battleground states, and I need you to see it:
Florida: Clinton 43, Trump 42
Ohio: Clinton 39, Trump 43
Pennsylvania: Clinton 43, Trump 42
Source: Quinnipiac
I can't say this enough times: These polls don't predict the future. We can change them by making sure voters know about Hillary's vision for our country. But we need to get started RIGHT NOW.
Will you chip in to be one of the first to support our new Battleground Fund? (When you do, we’ll send you a free sticker so you can show off your support!) Your donation could be the difference in one of those key states on Election Day: http://links.hillaryclinton.com/ctt?kn=1...&mt=1&rt=0
Thanks,

RE: Join me in Knoxville June 3rd!
DWS, you’re almost as corrupt as $hillary Clinton. I’ve already left the Democratic party—after 32 years. Lots of us have. And you and your direction for the Democratic party are a large reason why. HRC is the other reason. It’s coming—the shock you will feel when MILLIONS of us won’t vote for Shillary--PERIOD.
Fuck you.

Friend-- As of this week, Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee. The contrast between his values and the values our Democratic candidates defend every day could not be more stark. As Democrats, we have a lot on the line. It is crucial that we push back on the backwards GOP rhetoric and make our voices heard this election cycle. Please join me for a reception in Knoxville, Tennessee on Friday, June 3rd. This is your chance to ask me questions about what the DNC is doing to fight back and to strategize together about how to win in November.
We are calling through allied groups to get some folks out front of the RNC before 9 a.m.
There will be a separate action in front of the NRSC at 11:30 with the message being "Don't Let Republicans Trump the Supreme Court" - mostly being handled by woodhouse / groups that have been engaged on SCOTUS push
I don't think there will be a speaking program - just a demonstration.
We should come up with signs to pass out. A few ideas (throw some ideas down here if you have them):
* Reject the Trump-Ryan Agenda
* Donald Trump: Dangerous, Divisive, Disgraceful (my favorite)
* Dump Trump
* Love Trumps Hate (HFA tagline)
* Say No to Bigotry / Say No to Trump
* Trump = Make America Hate Again (2nd choice)
Luis and Mark - as our national spokespeople, I also think this is a good opportunity for you both to get some camera time while the media is waiting to catch a glimpse of Trump or Ryan or Reince.
Alas I will not be here on Thursday morning so I'm adding Christina and TJ who can help handle.
Quote:Friends, please remember that if you see a whopper of a Wikileaks in next two days - it's probably a fake.
This is what Rush Limbaugh said on October 28:
Quote:Limbaugh: FBI Rekindled Email Investigation Just to Distract Attention From Wikileaks
Responding to the news Friday that the FBI was rekindling its investigation into Clinton’s emails, Rush Limbaugh speculated that the bureau was simply trying to redirect voters’ attention away from Wikileaks’ ongoing release of emails hacked from Clinton campaign manager John Podesta.
FBI Director James Comey “is going to make everybody think for the next three or four days that there’s really something to be forthcoming here,” Limbaugh said.
Limbaugh said that the revelations in the Wikileaks material were “starting to hurt” the Clintons and that the renewed interest in an FBI investigation into her private email server would be a fruitless distraction.
The radio host likened Comey to the “Lone Ranger,” riding to the Clinton campaign’s rescue. He added that Comey was “still carrying water for Clinton and is trying to get everybody to stop paying attentions to the Wikileaks dump.”
Limbaugh qualified that this was the “cynical” interpretation of recent events.

If that was, in fact, their game plan -- it was pretty fucking stupid. "Reopening the FBI investigation" did nothing to distract people from WikiLeaks, as evidenced by the fact #spiritcooking trended on both Facebook and Twitter social media platforms. If anything, the FBI shit just legitimized the appearance something is up with the Clintons. Calling off the investigation two days before the election doesn't allow enough time for proper damage control.
I agree with LeoneVolpe. Serious damage was done. It played right into Hillarys reputation, Crooked Hillary. Many people were also forced to open their minds a bit to Trump at that point and realize he is not 'Literally Hitler'.
Think about it if some sort of tape or serious allegation(regarding women or racism) came out on Trump 11 days out and then it was proven to be a hoax 2 days before the election. He would still suffer big time and gain back very little of his support.
She will only gain back 10-25% of what she lost. Many will just choose to not vote.
Lets also not forget they did not clear her of no wrong doing, they just came to the same conclusion as July.

Trump holding a bible and being blessed by christians and a "jews for jesus" rabbi in New York.
Im not really religious (at least not yet), but this is the real contrast we need to all the disgusting deviant and demonic style stuff we have seen emerge from the Shillary side over the past week.
Given what we have learned about the Satanic in high level of government and Hillary's inner circle this is extremely relevant more than ever.
Trump goes out and does 4-5 rallies a day for a few days in a row and these liberals have the audacity to say "His aides took his twitter privileges away" due him not tweeting except for obvious campaign tweets.
Ok, mister Comey re-iterated his conclusion on the secret_emails cum private_server case.
But nevertheless, do explain to undecided voters that this is not really a positive thing for Hillary: because let's remind them that Comey's first verdict was that - even though technically he didn't find enough evidence to criminally prosecute - he did state that Hillary had been extraordinary careless.
So, do you really want a president who (barely) escapes criminal indictment, but in any case is deemed extremely careless?
Anyway, between ourselves: I was so pissed-off by this Comey's partial let-down, that I contacted someone I know who's (by profession) into politics, to ask for his take on this matter.
He told me, the following is the reason why Comey did what he did:
"Comey was faced, a few days ago, with a partial and growing rebellion within the FBI.
He had to gain a few days, to try and calm down the growing rebellion within his agency.
So he faked it, he pretended to be ready to indict Hillary.
This way, Comey gained a few days' time, and now it is too late for the "rebellious", conscience-driven and conservative FBI agents to stage a "rebellion": we already are just one little day away from election...
All of this therefore was a smoke-screen set by Comey against his own subordinates at the FBI... he delayed and de facto thwarted their mounting rebellion against (crooked) authority."
What are Cubans like with Trump? Obama did something big for them in regards to Cuba. Would that translate for the Democrats this election or were they always blue? When they talk about the Florida Latino vote, do they mean Cubans only?
What a long, incredible journey it's been, gentlemen.
And it wouldn't feel right without extending my thanks and a remote but unwavering sense of fraternity to each of you. Whether victory or defeat should come to us tomorrow, posting with you all in this thread has been one of those special pastimes of my year, and only reaffirms my conviction that RVF is the single greatest community a man treading the uncertain waters of the 21st century can find harbor in.
You are each of you reminders in your own way that men of nerve, curiosity, and self-possession still have a place in this age. Tomorrow can only make this fact stronger.
