There are browser extensions that will do it.

Whatever browser you use just do a search for "screen capture" or something similar on it's extensions page.

The optics are the same as a crowd of disgusting lepers assailing the throne of a beloved king. Trump did the impossible - a billionaire ultimate winner evoked feelings of sympathy. The result is that many people who were sitting on the fence or previously opposing Trump weakly are now drawn into his camp, feeling they must come to Trump's defense (a man who previously and intentionally never asked for or needed defense). The fact that this happened just ahead of the critical March 15th primaries is no coincidence. Just like everything else Trump does, it was intentional. Trump drew his enemies into a trap, temporarily gave the appearance of weakness, and thus created a rallying point for millions to come to his defense.
