A better question is which girls do you have a better chance with? (based on your looks and personality). You can go to a nightclub with 5,000 hot girls, but if you can't get laid with any of them then it's pointless. Better to go to a club with 5,000 dudes and 1 hot girl, but you fuck that hot girl. Unless a country flat out sucks then it doesn't really matter how many hot girls there are compared to another.

This. Estonians are hot but so done with the whole foreigner thing. Over 1.5mm tourists last year in a city the size of 400k. Unless you're a long term local living there, forget the high quality talent. They won't bite.

I much rather would be in a 2nd tier Polish city, which is still bigger than Estonias capital and with a lot less foreigners lingering around and putting a big red sex tourist X on your face
