"There's a very real possibility that Gawker will lose the jury trial," Sterne writes.

Hulkster has been taken to the cleaners in his divorce (divorces?), so he needs money badly. As much as I will cheer for him here I would guess he doesn't have much of the chance here and will be maybe hoping for much lower settlement off the court.

When those nude celeb photos leaked, Gawker was saying it was a sex crime to be looking at them. Yet they displayed Hulk's leaked sex tape and refused to take it down.

It's a "sex crime" for female celebrities naked selfies to be leaked.
But it's "free press" to leak hidden camera video footage of a dude having sex.
