Have you not thought of calling social services? I know we're not the kind of people who do that, but it seems relevant here. Your girlfriend should still have their number, names etc.

Who knows what else is going on? How do you know this isn't part of some kind of paedophilia?

I'd get your girlfriend to call up social services, all concerned about it. You never know, there could be some kind of intervention against these parents.
