Meh the problem's been discussed in all the other threads; this is disturbing but it's nothing new really.

I'd like to echo that 'RVFers are not indicative'. Men like Scotch who are assertively chasing bulk tail get a enormously different outcome to the average Japanese guy who is 'waiting for something to happen'. In the age of pre-marital sex, there are the 1% men at the top banging multiple new girls a week, then below them the guys who manage to meet and hold onto a girlfriend, then below them the bulk of men who are going without sex for years.

The reason this continues is basically outright evil and stupidity. The powers that be don't mind that they are living in an office like good little robots, releasing their sexual drive into tissues in front of anime porn, and from time to time standing in hordes in a club 'waiting for something to happen'.

One of the most bullshit lines in Japan is 'this is how it is done in Japan', as though that's a rebuttal to criticism. This line is used to strike down any challenge to the unstoppable robotic machine that constitutes much of their culture, regardless of any obvious destructive pathologies present. To it I generally respond 'should it be? and has it always been?'. It at least flickers a moment of independent thought in their heads.

I've said it in other threads, but I think part of the problem with many Japanese dudes is that they work 6-days a week for almost 12 hours a day, don't exercise, and eat crap (but don't gain too much weight because they eat it in smaller amounts that westerners). Thus, their testosterone levels drop way down, so they aren't motivated to get out and learn how to create attraction in women. They'll make some awkward passes at the office ladies in their company, but after they get humiliatingly shot down they give up on it. I've seen this happen several times.

That doesn't explain it completely, however, because online dating, dating services, and match-making events are plentiful, especially for company men in Tokyo. These dudes just can't get into it, for whatever reason. So, the Japanese players with game can really clean up.

Exactly. You have similar culture in Germany now and this is one of the reasons that birth rates are now tanking there.

Anyone with a modicum of Game can do well in Germany or even Austria now - Daygame is unheard of with most women and Nightgame for men means standing in the back or at the most ordering some drinks for girls. Even attractive girls there tell me stories of them going to night clubs for 3 nights and not getting approached once.

So of course any guy with decent Game goes out and comes back with 10-20 numbers or even some makeups/ one night stands. Among the blind, the one man who has eyes is king.

I remember walking through Osaka, and even Kyoto, and I saw plenty of guys who were doing fine for themselves. Japan probably has a significant number of their version of "neck-beards" but it's a minority. It is still a fairly traditional society, with plenty of people marrying and having children.

Point is, there will always be people who deviate from the norm. Perhaps they have psychological hang-ups that they can't get over. Or maybe they're reaching too high and don't fully accept their own value. In any case, I don't think they represent the norm. The norm is doing just fine in the majority of the world. We always just tend to focus on the weirdos and deviants, because they're more fun to talk about.

Their society no longer forces people to breed, so the dregs of the gene pool (let's be honest with ourselves) are dying out. Sort of like a self-selecting eugenics project. I'm optimistic about the results. It's also worth asking how large of a population Japan really needs, many say that it's overpopulated.

It's a shame the welfare state has prevented this from happening in Britain, that other overpopulated little island. It's mostly average, middling people who don't have kids. People on £25k-£45k, working in offices, addicted to the middle class holiday-shopping-restaurants lifestyle that they just couldn't afford with kids. Kids would call the bluff on their 'fancy' lifestyles, and they'd be counting pennies, worried about how much longer their shoes will last, etc. I predict class-based society will return with a vengeance in 50+ years as the lower middle class just completely fail to breed.

Actually, the future is bright!

With the changing demographics, and America becoming more Hispanic, I can't see why the country will become sexless. Hispanics have sex at a much higher rate than whites or blacks.
