Marginal NBA players can make big money playing in Euroleague/China/Korea. No need to play in WNBA, which actually pays shit. Top WNBA players make most of their money off-season playing in Europe (Russia and Turkey pays the best).

Jimmy Connors played Martina Navratilova when he was old and out of the game. She was still in top form, yet the rules were stacked against him. He could only have 1 serve, he had to play the whole court like he was playing doubles, and he couldn't charge the net. He smoked her anyway.

Best part about that is that the second Battle of Sexes, Riggs won the first against a 30-something Margaret Court (who is the winningest female tennis player of all time) but no one seems to remember that one
