Why have people got to bring their negativity into threads and chop people down when they've clearly put a lot of effort into the post? If you don't like it just ignore it.

I thought it was a great example of flipping the script, and of the you are the prize mentality one needs to have to be successful in game. Simple stuff that actually works.

I actually agree with a lot of these points.
When I was selling TV's and electronics at Sears, I had to learn a lot of this from the older guys who knew how to play with the customer. The customers came in after seeing the cheapo $40 sylvania crt's, and left with the $8k hiktachi plasma (this is when they just came out).
No, not all the time, but when it did I was sure to look busy nearby and keep my ears pricked.

I was able to mimic the older guys, then later it became a bit more reflexive. Unbeknownst to me I started doing it when chatting with girls I met in the mall on my lunches.

The same people ragging on CuntLord for this post would be cumming their pants if someone with a higher post count wrote it.

You can tell he's been a lurker for a while, the gif usage and overall organization of his post is substantially better than a lot of other low count posters.

I agree that the "Dark Lord of Pussy" thing is kind of lame, but to each their own. It was a good post, hats's off to the OP

By precedent, rep differentials increase the risk of criticism resulting in a ban. So there is some truth in the claim that I wouldn't as strongly critisize a long time or high rep member who for some reason posted the same stuff. This is merely pragmatic, that is 'I would think it but not say it'. There is no truth to the claim that I'd somehow change my opinion because OP had high rep.

CuntLord, you need to learn to accept criticism. Responding to it in such a butthurt and defensive manner has no benefit, but pondering and learning from criticism does. I thought your post was foolish, others liked it. That's life. I'll point out that you haven't rebutted my criticism at all, only complained that I made it. That is telling.

I don't get any value from 'RVF status', only in the benefits I get from conversing with peers, including criticism.

When I first started learning about pickup and dating I used to see this guys that were all about analysing conversations. It was incredibly entertaining and funny to me.

I knew this guys that use to write his Field Reports like:

So I said "Hello" to this girl and this was my CLEAR COMMAND for her to answer me, so she said "My name is Carla"... that was her declaration of interest on that conversation, see how well she replied to my command, so from that I gave my killer NPL hiding mind controlling....

This kind of crappy ideas.

At first I was impressed, as a newbie, believing in all that bullshit. But with time I started to see how worthless it all trully was.

Of course your vocal entonation is important, body language... and all the other things. But all of that are part of how comfortable you become by talking to girl and really connecting to your alpha male personality.

Let's talk about Tyrion.

So this is a guy that is considered an abomination on his world, that is for all purposes the ugliest person from his family, the Lannister "midget", his father thought he was a waste of space, his sister hated him for "killing her mother"... so this guy goes his WHOLE life perfecting the art of negotiation and talking.

It's a life long learning process. He knew he had all the disadvantages and did the best of the situation. At the same time he knew he had an incredible brain and could learn how to handle himself in this cruel world.

So he has amazing life-long experience and knowledge on the social, economical and power aspects of life. He knows how things really works, and he knows his true value. His wit has kept him alive for a very long time.

I think if we can take anything from this guy is:
Recognize your disadvantages and Master all your advantages to your favor.

About this conversation analysis though:
It's a great analysis (as a fan of the show) just to see how good his character trully is at persuasion... but I doubt you can actually learn much from it, I feel that to get this good at doing it... it will be better done by practice.

There is a huge difference between analysing a situation that is happening on the TV or even in your imagination, and another thing is to think fo all this replies on the heat of the moment (in a loud club, with her friends trying to cockblock you... or in this case with the possibility of death).

I can't remember how many times I saw a hot girl in the past and at that time said the wrong thing, just for a few moments later to have a brilliant idea. Being good in the game is becoming better at doing those things LIVE, under pressure.

I saw all this guys that loved to review each interaction... but when it came for being active on the club and talk to girls... they all sucked. All they wanted to do while we were out was talk about "game theory", how you should say X and Z to a hot babe. For them it was better then talking to the girls.

So there is way more knowledge on practice... than on theory. Specially on this subject.

I have seem so many guys get lost on the ilusion of being a MASTER on the knowledge of pickup and seduction by reading books, then actually making things happen.

Although it will impress the newbies that just started learning about how to seduce a woman. This idea that you can deep analyze each interaction and conversation is not very good for the long process. The last thing you want is to be inside your head thinking "What is the best line I can say now?" and not just being and living on the moment, using your experience, or just learning with the process.

I've learned it the hard way.
