Are women in Latin America, SE Asia, Ukraine, Russia etc. really that different from American women?

Or is it just that the average US man is a lot richer than the average man from those countries and thus a catch? (And has a US passport as well, which holdout the possibility of emigrating to the US.)

Oh my. You think every woman out there is desperate to come to the US and getting US nationality? Isn't that like living in some sort of bubble? I mean seriously. Just because the rest of the world isn't as rich, doesn't mean everyone there is living in a dump and below the poverty line. This sort of over simplification is quite silly. The monetary part is relevant, but then again, HOW MANY guys here have married girls they met on those places? And if they have, what's that percentage when compared with the girls they banged at said destinations? That idea is quite flawed man, sorry.

The only way to verify for yourself is to go to these places.

If you can't/won't go, then you'll never know for sure.

Of course they are. I live in England and French girls (France is just 30 miles from England) are very different to English, same with German girls dutch girls etc. So the difference between American women and those from other cultures is going to be wildly different.

You can't generalize foreign women. It's like people debating about American vs international stocks. The question is what region or country works best for you. The only way to find out is to try.

Relations between women and men are complex in every country, both in the U. S. and in the newly created Republic of Non-America where I assume "foreign women in general" live. That being said, the kernel of truth in your statement is that a man's SMV is not absolute, but relative to his context. Now start leveraging that knowledge by going where you can optimize your results.
