During my time in Europe, I was lucky enough not to be pickpocketed. I would always see them targeting other tourist, but was left alone. While in London, my friend was in the process of being picked so I walked on the same side as the shady teens and gave a devious smile, to which they looked at each other and walked away. My friend was oblivious to the whole encounter. Also reminds me of the time I was on a subway in Mexico and dude positioned himself behind me and kept staring at my pocket that had my wallet so i faced toward him, looked at my pocket, looked at him and gave that devious smile. He got off at the next stop, i believe to go to another cart.

As far as the black widow, my apartment I lived i Mexico City had security who wouldn't let these girls out if you didn't accompany them, at least for me. I'd bring random girls through all the time and if I didn't at least call down security wouldn't let them leave. I always wondered why, until I came home one night and saw a fine ass prostitute getting on the elevator. A lot of old rich people lived in my building.

In Amsterdam you have organized gangs that want to steal your wallet, phone or jewelry. Most of them are from Romania and Bulgaria. Watch out for these filthy fuckers if you're in Amsterdam. They also try to watch the pin code of your debit card and then try to steal your card.

In other big cities of The Netherlands you have to watch out for Moroccans. They steal literally everything! Your bike, phone, stuff in your car. When I was a kid some Morocoon kid stole my icecream. He just ran by and grabbed it out of my hand. They are like gypsies. If they can steal something, they will simply do it.
