Has any here been 'taunted' by a harlot of a wife over her returning to the carousel as a richer married woman?

What's the choices in the era of no fault divorce?

Accept the cuckoldry to keep the divorce lawyer away and try not to think of your wife telling her friends of her extramarital life?

Divorce on principle and take the financial hit that will render you relatively unattractive to women for the rest of your life?

Yeah I'd walk away in a heartbeat and never look back. What's the point of living out my life with an aging hamster if I can't even expect some loyalty in return? Not taking cock on the side is literally the least she could do for me. I don't care what the financial hit would be. Imagine if marriage contracts were more legally binding as opposed to being almost arbitrary. Imagine if you could serve jail time for adultery or any other serious breach of marriage contract? I know a lot of the players here who believe in fucking around while married would of course nay say but I think it would be a great deterrent for getting fucked around on.

I'm not saying this should be the case as I believe the law should have far less to do with your personal life, not more, but it's an interesting perspective.

If that were the case, I think even less men will marry to keep his fuck options legally open. Whether this will be detremental to women, I actually have no idea. On the one hand, they'll just continue ridin' dirty, but on the other, there would be even less options once they reach the wall.

This is a great point, especially if someone has a temper. If someone is prone to explosive, hulk like anger, the longer they are in a conflict that doesn't resolve the more likely they are to fuck up or get fucked over with a mistake. Most chicks can fight dirty and calmly for the long haul...like a marital siege. If a dude is married and has the personality where he has to punch things when a ref makes a bad call his best bet is to get out of a bad marriage as quickly as possible.

Its similar to sparring or actual fighting, if an explosive rage fighter can't crush his opponent in the first few seconds of a fight its likely his opponent can stay calm and collected enough to exploit his opponents anger over the subsequent rounds when he starts to flame out.

Samsamsam, of course I'm just basing this off of my experience with Murder Mystery, but according to this lawyer here, we should aim for a 'For fault divorce' when dealing with a cheating wench, it's more expensive, but at least she gets no alimony.

This woman practically faulted herself.

Some judges go with the womyn's point of view however.

Almost all divorces happen because of adultery, domestic violence, or both. The mere fact that a divorce is pending means that at least one of those two things most likely happened. Where I am, judges couldn't care less about adultery and domestic violence is often viewed with skepticism. Hiring a private investigator is usually a complete waste of time and money and being bitter and angry is completely stupid and unhelpful. The smartest move is to stay positive, focus on self improvement and take any and all steps to avoid having the same thing ever happen again. What percentage of guys going through a divorce are smart enough to understand that? No more than 5%. Maybe even far less than 5%

There used to be a great common law tort called alienation of affections. It was often the husband who brought the action- not against the wife, but against any guy who seduced her. So some guy fucks your wife and then you collect money from him.

Along with the other "for fault" provisions of marriage, it was a protection and incentive for beta males to marry. I would support bringing it back. It kept the alphas fucking the unmarried women and the sluts. If you wanted to screw married women, you know that you might have to pay up.

Filipino ownership law usually prioritizes its citizens first, and the gender is a red herring in the situation you presented.

I have very recent experience with this. My attorney told me that if it came to a court trial, he could not ask her under oath if she'd committed adultery. Maybe that varies by state, but where I live, no fault means just that. It's not "some judges", the evidence is not admissible and it seems to me that you'd be wasting your money on a PI. The article you linked to was written by a guy in Atlanta, and Georgia offers a fault option.

If you're in a place with pure no-fault, you have no choice. The best option is to figure out early what you want and pursue that goal.

Finally, for anyone reading this, I would be very careful about how you collect your evidence, particularly from electronic devices. If you think she's cheating and you absolutely must know, then it pays to hire a PI because they know how to do it legally.
