She's Ukrainian, note the tone of the skin colour, eyes and build. Balkan chicks have darker complexion and are taller especially those from Serbia (tops in the looks department IMHO) and Bulgaria. I lived in Bulgaria and dated a couple of the birds from there. They are a fiery lot.

Anyway here are some typical Serbian gals. Bulgarians follow in the same vein but not as good looking as their Serbian sisters.

The South Slavs are of Dinaric stock, taller and darker than those in Ukraine but I admit Ukraine does have that mixture which gives you 8-10s off the production line. If you want lighter complexion, you gotta head north into NW Croatia and Slovenia.

Dark hair and light eyes are very common for my country, she can fit here too in my opinion
