Tyrant - Hitler, Mao as well as Fidel - all of them could easily have 10 daily willing girls brought to them.

The rebel only gets laid on similar level after having toppled the tyrant - thus becoming the new tyrant.

Insurrectionist has rebel appeal, visionary charisma, the balls to fight a tyrant, and the promise/lie of hope. The tyrant is tried and true status but he's stale and intensely disliked. And we're talking girls who would willingly have sex with them, not ones who have been coerced through fear.
