The rules of getting a flag is if the girl is born there, that's the flag.

So if I smash a bird that was born in Macedonia before it was divided up, is that a technical Yugoslavia flag rather that Macedonia as she was born in Yugoslavia, and I'll have to smash a bird born in Macedonia post September 1991 to also have the Macedonia flag?

Absolutly not, that will be macedonian flag in any case.

What about the flags of the various native tribes in the Americas? Is an Eskimo just another Canadian or a Navajo a USA flag, we really need to get down to the bottom of this fellas.

I would say you would have to hit one from every state in order to qualify for the USA flag (50 stars on the flag and all). Just like you would have to hit all three sub flags to claim a British flag (England, Scotland, Wales) or include Northern Ireland to claim a UK flag. Indigenous people deserve a separate flag, or at least a special mention. If the girl identifies as being from the country before it was broken up, then it should get a special mention, but would technically be whatever passport she holds. Also, nations that claim independence, but are not legally independent are the host countries flag, but can have a special mention (e.g. Taiwan = Chinese flag).

I will give a shiny penny to any man that can get a Sealand flag.

I've always thought flags to be race-based, rather than relating to current citizenship status.

I hope this isn't a flagrant disregard toward the flag capturing rules?

E.g. I once banged a half-Taiwanese/half-Korean chick. Two flags (albeit, torn in half) captured in my book.

Admittedly my rules for flags have been flexible. The first Ukrainian girl I banged was born in Turkmenistan but was ethnically Russian. I considered her my Ukrainian flag until I banged a second Ukrainian girl at which point it was more convenient to consider her a Turkmenistan flag since I will probably never go there.

Using a full race/ethnicity based flag system could get very tricky in some areas.

Edit: I think we may need to call a Flagging Congress to set the ground rules.
