Maybe, but what is the causal direction? Perhaps they were the type of guy who doesn't want or get satisfied by a normal relationship, and as a result had many bangs instead. This is getting increasingly OT, but to me, the craziest thing about Tinder style apps is how it takes a lot of the bar scene dynamic and crams it into a little device that you carry around on your person 24/7.
