Speech Impaired Scenario
Consider this situation:

You notice a hot girl in a club/bar/wherever. You approach her confidently, and motion a "hi" to her. Indicate that you can hear her but you can't speak, except with signs.

What next?

Would she bang a "mute" guy if his game was good enough?
