Level 5 Squats involve keeping a wide leg base and then squatting all the way down until your hamstrings touch your calves. I can easily do 2 sets of 30, which is the progression standard for Level 6.

Level 6 squats require an extremely-narrow leg base, and I cannot do them because I fall backwards. So the trick is to do Level 5 Squats, but with a more-narrow base each workout, until they become Level 6 Squats. And the Perfect Leg-Base is right on the borderline of Barely Succeeding and Falling Backwards: it requires intense such focus and strain that my heartrate skyrockets and I sweat heavily in an air-conditioned room.

So I'm standing tall, using the Perfect Leg-Base from my workout two days ago. And I slowly lower myself, expecting a lot of adjustments and awkwardness. But instead it's dead-easy, and my body pimp-stares at my brain as if to say, "Clap, you dipshit!" - and my brain claps with heartfelt joy.

That's my biggest concern as well.

I am becoming more conservative and Roosh has been heading that way as well. But politics cannot and should not dictate truth. Evolution is not false because of the social consequences you see inevitably attached to it.

If anything, evolutionary theory for the first time in human history provides us with a solid basis for traditional sex roles. What is does not determine what ought to be, but understanding the origin of human nature can predict what will make us happy.

Personally I think that the big divide is the acceptance of Game. Those that deny Game are left in a cold world where only changes of the legal system, a face operation, money or the total collapse of society can help them. They are filled with hate and insecurity against the men who accept Game and tend to move towards Neomasculinity. Despite the likely denials men like Rollo or even Dalrock would have way more in common with Neomasculinity than with MRAs or MGTOWs.

A great example would be this movie made by Aurini and a Game-denying MGTOW. While they both agreed on Gamergate and were united on most things, the hate and anger that other guy felt at Game and guys who improved themselves with women proved to be too big. He broke it off in an angry hissyfit.

Apart from that - it is natural for men to differ - differ even violently. That is why the masculine individualistic male is so difficult to control. I believe that one of the reasons for the elite support of feminism and promotion of the docile Beta man is because those guys learn to submit.

Personally I would prefer to be stranded on an island with Rollo, Roosh, Christian McQueen or Goldmund who may or may not have some beef among each other. I simply know that they would work it out within 3 beers and then we can go on surviving together. I would not be so sure about some MRAs and MGTOWs there. I would rather have a few dozen squabbling wolves than an army of poodles.

Both MRAs and Red-pill seem to share a pathological desire for female approval and even female leadership. Of course for any real social change, especially in a democracy, women need to be on board-- eventually. That doesn't mean they need to be part of the initial community or core movement.

"Red-pill" is too adolescent, try-hard, and web-focused.

I haven't followed MRAs much lately but ultimately "activism" is usually about specific legal or social goals rather than a general philosophy.

PUAs are too hyper-focused on selling game to undersexed men with money to blow to really have much in the way of social commentary or a balanced lifestyle.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this, but Roosh's response toward Rollo was limited to the post toward beginning of this thread, which in a nutshell says Rollo is attacking me on TRP/throwing me under the bus. But that's basically it. No blog post. No insults. No tweets. Roosh briefly mentioned him in the YouTube video as one of the 3 R's but didn't insult or denigrate him in any way that I could tell.

Now, look at a brief sampling of Rollo's 'debate tactics':

-Roosh is just doing this for money!
-PT Barnum / L Ron Hubbard of manosphere
- he's creating a religion / "Church of Roosh"
- he's turning into Tucker Max/David DeAngelo and is going to cash out! (selling $50 speeches?)
- "Go fuck yourself"

Show me something from Roosh that comes anywhere close to the above? Where is anything close to that level of attacks on character / desperate exaggerations, vs debating the merits of ideas? Especially coming from a man who claims

We don't do this for a multitude of reasons - even if we have all the personal data about the person in front of us. It becomes even more sensitive when it's someone like Rollo who has posted a ton of useful material.

I'm living on the opposite side of the USA, among other changes in my life, due to realizations I came to in large part from reading Rational Male cover-cover on a flight last fall. While this has been difficult to watch, it doesn't take away my appreciation of Rollo's contributions to the manosphere on his blog and Rational Male.

But just because I got value from his book doesn't mean I'm going to stick my head in the sand and pretend that both sides conducted themselves equally here. If the roles were reversed and it was Roosh saying "go fuck yourself" and posting L Ron Hubbard GIFs while Rollo kept his cool, I would have zero qualms pointing that out.
