Important feminist = example of an oxymoron

They can inherit & co-opt structures & institutions that were already established by men. That's about it.
Having said that, there are the rare Margaret Thatcher leaders who can actually accomplish stuff. Eventually she succumbed to her own combative approach later in her career as well.
