"Athletic" should be relabeled "Gay Model." Most athletes are going to be in the 10-17% range.

I'm in that in-between stage where I'm sort of a mix between "dad bod" and "built fat". After a workout I look "built fat", but on rest days I'll deflate to look more like the "dad bod".

I kind of see the logic behind this trend. Many guys who obsessively hit the gym do so out of vanity and insecurity over their looks. Obviously, vanity is an attractive quality in a woman (otherwise she wouldn't be motivated to look hot in the first place) but the man who is vain is completely unattractive to a woman.

If you're going to work out do it for the right reasons, i.e. health, physical enjoyment, training for your sport, etc. If you have charisma, money, lifestyle, game wrapped up your belly doesn't matter anymore.

It all has to do with this trend called 'spornosexual' aka insecure closet homosexuals who have been brainwashed by social conditioning and modern media.

I truly believe the media is trying to make men gay and this 'spornosexual' trend is an excellent example.

Nothing but a bunch of small brains, small willies and townies the lot of them.

On the dad-bod : i think any man should workout and just BE FIT.

You can't respect someone who doesn't respect himself.
