YMG, I've been wondering whether it's a viable strategy to enjoy all Thailand has to offer (Thai girls included), and target Euro chicks at the same time. A best of both worlds scenario.

I keep hearing Ko Phi Phi is the best place.

Phi Phi is small and somewhat remote.

I know a guy who taught scuba diving up at Koh Samui. He said 2/3 of his clients were euro tourists. He ran through about 15-20 of them in the six months here was there.

Koh Phi Phi is the definitely tourist central; main part of town is tiny and filled to the brim with tourists; hell, even most of the shop keepers are tourists who didn't want to leave.

I actually was planning to split my time 50-50 in Ko Phi Phi / Ko Phagnan during non full moon party but during tourist season - november/december.

I went to ko phagnan from ko phi phi, stayed one night, and took the next bus straight back to ko phi phi.

Cool, just Thais tend to go out in mixed groups a lot of the time so you have to be careful not to piss off any of the Thai men, they can get quite aggressive. I've found if you don't just hit on the girls and engage the guys too they'll be cool with you.

Plenty of them in Khao San anyway, not so many Thai girls bar a few pro's. Many will hate KS but I like it for starting the night off, sit on one of the outdoor bars on a plastic stool, drink a 50 baht chang, chat with people from all over the world and watch the world go by, it's like a fucking circus down there. The clubs in KS are all pretty terrible though but if it's Europeans you want then it's a good place to meet them, with all the guys chasing the Asian beauties the girls need to work harder than normal.

Yes, all of that is true.

I went to Khao San for the first time on Saturday and I will never go back. It's like a shittier version of Bangla road in Phuket. The Euro chicks were all grimy backpackers with tevas and dreadlocks. Disgusting.

Plenty of euros in Koh Samui, never made it to Ko phi phi

If you're looking for Scandinavians you will generally not find them this time of the year in Thailand as Scandinavians tend to actually enjoy their native countries during the summer. In the winters they tend to come in droves to Phuket though (but most consider the Patong area to be reprehensible).

Yeah most European backpacker girls in SE Asia do not put the effort into their appearance. Mostly those baggy fisherman pants, vest tops, some silly headband, flip flops and braided hair with little make up.

In the last week of daily double muay thai trainings sessions I've got the following injuries:

-Strained achilles tendon
-Pulled groin
-Pulled rib muscle

Needless to say I am going to have to take it easy on the Muay Thai for a while. It's all right though - I'm behind schedule on my product again and have set a deadline to finish it in two weeks.

YMG, Is day game a good strategy. I'll be out and about in the day time and I want to maximize prospects when I'm getting food or going to the internet cafe to work.
I know nightlife is great there but I since I have weak night game I want to ensure I have prospects lined up from day game before I go out at all.

YMG, how was the food at the muay thai camp? It seems attractive because the only other money to spend would be going out, so budgeting is way more convenient.
