She almost certainly doesn't, but she looks like she has acromegaly: "The cheekbones are pronounced, the forehead bulges, the jaw is enlarged and facial lines prominent."

The make-up, long hair, and the threaded eyebrows offset it some, but she has the facial profile of a seven-foot NBA prospect from the former Soviet Union.

Probably just excess testosterone, not acromegaly.

Notice how the word "seduce" is always used when a woman is charged with statutory rape? Whereas men are always "taking advantage of an innocent child". Subtle but crucial difference.
