^ Face means nothing beyond the top 5% and bottom 10%. It's an even playing field for all other men. Women are not attracted to male facial beauty. They can appreciate it on an aesthetic level but they don't get turned on by it. Please get rid of that cancerous mentality.

There is definitely something to be said about women loving guys who are shredded, but still have muscle mass, especially in the west. Now i'm not as well traveled as most guys here, but would I be wrong in thinking bodybuilder physiques like the following are appreciated and create tingles by women everywhere in the world? Warning: most of these guys look metrosexual.









Now obviously none of these guys are natural, but what do you guys think? Even though they are juicing, many people wouldnt guess they were on. These guys would look muscular in most shirts ( whereas most physiques women claim to like, lack muscle to the point you would only know that they lift if they took off their shirt, see below) and their abs and obliques are flawless. Im not saying that I believe you need to be on steroids to have a really attractive body, but thats what I see as the epitome of a "sexy beach body". Physiques that every woman claims to be attracted to seems to be pretty lean but with little muscle.



The "brad pitt from fight club" physique is claimed to be really attractive to women, but if you saw someone with this physique in a shirt, he would look like he either doesnt lift, or just started. Now on the totally opposite end of the spectrum, theres the shredded, on-grams-of-gear-yearround mass monsters. When I think of a body builder physique that women arent really attracted to I think of something like the following







This is the physique where people think you look fake, gross, veiny and "too big" and this is the point where people know you are on PED's. Now even with a physique like this, you would still get women, but I doubt its optimal for getting as much poon as possible. Whats everybody's thoughts? Especially experienced travelers.

Tl;Dr- Which of these physiques are considered "lean but muscular", "Juiced out monster" etc?

Cortes, I think the bottom guys you posted have quite their own little niche market and it's pretty rare for guys to look like that.

In a club/bar if there is only one guy, or a couple of guys that are like that and let's just say 10-20% of the girls inside are super attracted to that type, that guy should do pretty good cause the girls will have to compete for him and it seems like those types of girls are sluttier.

The idea of muscles turning off Asian women is weird to me. They may not outright demand it like Western women, but they are turned on by a manly muscular physique too. Same way big tits, small waist, slender legs and bubble butts turn all men on regardless of race.

I went to Vietnam for a beach holiday recently with my Australian girlfriend, who's very pretty and won the swimsuit competition. I'm fairly muscular for my height from powerlifting, and about 12% BF. The Vietnamese women were more aggressive at hitting on me than all the Viet, Korean and expat guys at hitting on my GF, although that's partially because the girls thought my GF doesn't understand Vietnamese and the guys were a bit scared of me. After we got home, my GF still discovered a bunch of flirty and giggly comments from the girls on the photos I'm tagged in while in swimwear. This got her a fair bit jealous and very much wet.

I went to a club in an Asian country (not Japan). I was wearing a one-size-smaller t-shirt, revelaing my muscles. I am, at best, an intermediate bodybuilder given my DL, Squat, and BP lifts. I would guess that my body fat is around 10-14% since my abs are visible but not clearly.

Anyway, I was standing next to the dance floor and I am the most "jacked" guy in the club (cause the rest of the guys were in bad shape with only a few exceptions). One very cute lady came and pulled me to the dance floor, and started dancing. I quickly turned this into a "dirty dancing" but I was hesitant since there were some hookers in the club. I thought she might be one -given how easy to progress- so I left her after a while. After 10 minutes or so, another cute lady opened me near the dance floor again. She complimented my muscles. After another dirty-dancing session, I pulled her to a quite corner, and told her that I never pay. Her answer revelaed that she is not a hooker. While making out, I told her to come to my hotel. She asked where it is. Unfortunately, it was far. (I know I know...) She told me she came here with her sister and must go back with her at this certain time. If she were telling the truth, we really would have barely enough time for a quick session. I told her that if she is not coming than we should get separated. So I left her.

I left the club and walked to another one (thanks to this forum for finding these clubs). Nobody opened me but I recieved IOIs. I danced with some ladies (6s and one 7) but they were not as cute as the first two. I returned to the first club. I saw the second lady with another Asian guy whom I would say one of the best looking guys in the club, relatively tall but no muscles. However, she really left with her sister around the time she told me she would leave. The club was getting emptier, and I was standing near the dance floor again. I felt like someone was looking at me. I turned and saw three women sitting in the bar, and one was taking my picture! I closed my face with my hands to prevent her taking a clear picture. They gigled. She said "You have big muscles" pointing my arm. She was not as cute as the first two.

Strangely, while I was in that club, I was thinking about this forum and this thread. Given the experience, I would say not only Western Women value muscles. At least, some Asian women value them, too. Field tested.

For the record, I agree that game is more important than the muscles, and have never been opened that many times in my life before It was a nice experience though.

Its completely mind boggling this is even a question, women like guys with muscles period the same way men love women wigh nice bodies. I dont mean superjacked steroided gym bros, but a nice body just about any woman in the world can appreicate I think we would all be doing ourselves justice to hit the gym somewhat regularly I can guarantee your quality, and quanity of women pulled will both go up a bit.

I think muscles matter everywhere but to a different degree. Looks definitely matter less in Eastern Europe comparing to Western Europe.
I gathered from Ukrainian girls that in men's body they value strong arms and broad shoulders, abs and leanness does not have that high priority.

Judging by my IG results a photo of me without T-shirt gets twice more like than photo than photo with a T-shirt and I would say I am only intermediately fit without much bulk and slightly visible abs.

I guess effect of good body varies from strong to neutral, but never negative unless you are a monster. And even then there will still be some percentage of girls who will be crazy about you, there is a niche for these kinds.

Although girls prefer lean muscilar guys the best players i've seen are tall and skinny. Never really seen a huge dude killing it with girls. It often seems like they wait for girls to approach them, which is kind of gay. Anyone else experienced something similar?

The debate here is really: how much does physique matter.

My take:

Game = consistently get girls
Game + physique = Consistently get girls PLUS a little more attraction and freebies
Physique + no game = Generally no girls, but an occasional drunk 6 / mediocre tinder lay
No physique + no game = no girls

At the margin, an ounce more game adds a lot more attraction than a kilo more of muscle.

Also agree that other physical factors can give as much of a tailwind as a good physique:

-Height
-Facial aesthetics
-Leanness
-Good dancer
-Great style

Agreed, best players I have seen are tall, skinny and dressing usually camisas.

@RichieP yeah but having a good physique can often make your game better. Makes guys walk and talk more confidently. I think that plays a bigger role than the physical gains

The video Rocha posted is spot on...for those guys who can grow a thick, full trimmed black beard it may even be more advantageous than big muscle. For example while I cannot grow a full beard I noticed in the field I get more IOI's when I have a couple days stubble.

Yes, agreed. Then again, it can feed a guy's mindset in a negative way too - it can become a weird crutch that guys depend on and try to "show off" as if it's their only source of value. So psychological impact can go both ways.

I'm in Poland right now (central Europe).

Girls are definitely attracted to fit guys here. I have 1 Polish friend who is quite built and good looking. But girls still run game on him all the time. I have not witnessed any girls coming to him in an openly slutty manner like you see all the time in North America. In Eastern Europe, it is just fucking rare when girls make the first move to any guy, regardless of looks. They demand that the guy takes control.

However I do wish I had taken more time to get more muscle when I was younger. My opinion is the best advantage of being muscular is not having to take shit from other men in the club, both strangers and your own friends cockblocking you (either directly or indirectly). Last night some guy grabbed a girl I was with and at the same time pushed me aside with his shoulder.

I wonder if even "Mother hens"(cockblocking unattractive women) are less likely to interfere with a bodybuilder type. There's just something..natural..about not wanting to get in the way of someone who looks dangerous.
