I see what you're saying with the other stuff, but I think it'd be kind of silly to foster ignorance in our youth... Unless you're going to send all gay people to Mars, they're here and they aren't going anywhere, so I'm not clear on how there is any harm in making children aware.

Are you saying children need to be taught that gay marriage is somehow "normal" at an early age, or that gays merely exist & gay marriage is ok? And also to just be "aware" of LGBT stuff? Don't see what your point is as he mentioned "very young kids" re sex education and I don't think kids (certainly young kids) should be learning any of that stuff til later on.

Re the TV thing I'm not sure that kid's TV even has married adults in it most of the time (does it?). All the TV I see that is geared towards the 10+ year old crowd sure does though - there always seem to be positive gay role models on there. I'm sure even kids TV does have it too on occasion but I personally don't think we don't need to bring the "gay" factor into the equation until later on say in the teens. I don't think most children are even aware of a lot of hetero sexuality stuff at the ages these LGBT lobbyist want to teach (indoctrinate) them into the "other" forms of sexuality (my 9 year old nephews still think girls are "icky" for example).

What is the point of teaching LGBT even before these children have formed views on men and women getting together to marry/have children? BC that's what the gay lobby wants - to indoctrinate kids at an early age and not make homosexuality normalized but also to promote it and promote experimentation). You need some base level of "normality" not leftist / statist teachers telling you that being gay is perfectly normal and just like being straight. It's clearly not no matter how much these crazies scream it at you from the rooftops. So again it's not about "fairness" or a level playing field but once again if you give an inch these LGBT political activist factions will take a mile and push their agenda (and make no mistake it is an agenda) down your and your children's throats and seek to do it at the earliest age possible. That's why you have the "6 gender" thing going on in Ontario schools and stuff like the "gingerperson" being taught in the US.

Anyway, this thread is about common sense things that we can't say like the above due to the fascism (yes, fascism there I said it) of the progressives and SJWs, including LGBT or whatever they are called political organizations, so I think including all the above on the list except for the "gay parts" isn't gonna cut it. They are really all part of the same cultural groupthink team - in the schools, teacher's unions, academia and large swaths of the media & corporate world - that's trying to undo every single "old way" of doing things there is, good or bad, and starting over with their view of reality.

By the way the entire politically correct US "education" system fosters ignorance in our youth but that's a whole other kettle of fish.
