Obviously there are some gold diggers out there. You can attract them by wearing nicely tailored clothes, a classic watch, and other bling like that.

Let's say you the type of girl you go for is the more educated type - in a city like New York, San Fran, etc. Given that you manage to capture her interest via approach / a few lines of chatting, how do you insert the fact that you have lots of dough into the convo? Like you own a couple houses and such, blahblah...

Is it even a turn on for these types?

What about for the more liberal, hipster chicks? They openly eschew wealth in blog posts and social media, but I have no idea if they actually believe what they preach.

Gold diggers will always be around. When women become older and hit the wall, you will be finding that they are pretty much looking for a man who will worship her. From what I've seen with friends and family, money doesn't play that much of a factor when women are trying to settle down.

BUT, of course, they want to maintain the lifestyle they are accustomed to but most of these women desire a man that will bow down to her. They usually have a pedestal mindset when looking for "Mr. Right" so they can take advantage of a man and spend his money without him giving two shades of a shit.

All in all, I'd say it depends on where you live. Some women are attracted to lavish lifestyles a man can provide and others are attracted to you as a person. Just have to keep an open mind and be smart about the people you see. Don't become someone's bitch.

If a girl was truly intelligent and thought everything out and planned like men do, she'd realize a lot of what Rollo Tomassi says. That is, a woman should capitalize on her peak Sexual market value while she has it. That is, her beauty peaks around 23 but she will of course, be beautiful for years after that provided she's a beautiful girl to begin with.

So, knowing her SMV will peak at 23 and decline thereafter until the wall hits, she should seek a man with means, who she's attracted to, and who she thinks would be a good life partner. That way, she will secure her future instead of fucking it away on the carousel. Nowadays, a lot of them ride the carousel while maybe dating a man with money ( beta schlub ususally ) who they can procure gifts from, while they bang bad boys. By the time their looks are fading in their early 30s, it's hard for them to secure the man that they're truly attracted to that they probably could have locked down in early to mid 20s. So, they settle for a beta schlub who they denied sex while at their peak. Of course, they've already tasted alpha cock earlier and still pine for it while the unsuspecting guy who wifed her up may ( probably will ) get cheated on.

So, bottom line, smart women should seek a guy with money and all of the attributes she likes while she's at a peak age of beauty. Else, she'll marry some guy she may not really really want once she's squandered her youth. Most American women, of course do not do this. This is probably mostly due to the fact that they are not mature thinkers as they're entering their SMV years ( early- mid 20s) So, not being rational thinkers, the gina tingles lead them to and fro.
When some semblance of wisdom has been accrued through just living a longer life (late 20s to early 30s) they have their "epiphany phase" as Rollo Tomassi states.

Intelligent women are ESPECIALLY attracted to money. Reasons explained above. Doesn't mean she will always get a rich ass man because by the time they smarten up (read: hit the wall after carousel riding) their pool of suitors shrinks like a dick in an ice pool.

That said, not sure if a man with money would be attracted to intelligent women though. Why the hell would you need one anyway? For women, intelligence will just serve to further their sense of hypergamy, then you have a bunch of calculating gold diggers.

Just about every woman is interested in provisioning, unless of course she is independently wealthy. I'm in an LTR with a very intelligent woman, we both are high earners. If I was very wealthy, I'd actually try to avoid showing off or talking about it from the beginning. I just wouldn't talk about money at all. I want to be sure the girl is into me because of me, not just because she wants to get into my bank account. Its also bad to just expose everything about you right away. Leave some mystery and let her discover your awesomeness over time.

Whether your'e a 7+ figure baller or a regular broke dude barely making it, game doesn't change.

From my experience, smart career type girls with good incomes are fine (even happy) with lower income guys, even happy supporting them to an extent... so long as the guys make up their SMV with looks, physique, game etc.

When I've seen guys get into trouble (i.e. get stomped on) is when they date/marry a girl with both better looks and better income.

*Note I'm equating female intellegence with economic and proffesional success, as I've met few truly intelligent women waiting tables and going home to build operating systems or decipher Derrida, though I know several guys who fit that discription.
