I'm in contact with a girl on a certain social networking who was introduced to me via a friend at work. I'm pretty attracted to her and we have been texting a bit on and off for the past week or two. I'm trying to determine how much she has to be into you to send "pics on demand." There was one point where we were talking about the things that happen to the body when we get older (we're in our 30s) and I said "send me some pics of your thighs, I bet you have weird thighs" or something like that.

She made a show of mock protest, but within a few minutes she sent the pics anyway. I'd think this was a pretty good sign, however...other times she is fairly aloof and ignores texts that I send. She will text me uninitiated, but very occasionally. I've found it very difficult to maintain a texting ratio in my favor with her. I do know she has a pretty busy work life.

She lives a bit of a ways from me, so before I invest a lot of time and try to schedule a meetup I'd like opinions about these mixed signals and whether I'm probably looking at a "let's be friends" flake. Any suggestions about how to step it up? Have I already delayed too long in doing a meet?

Go chat up some new girls. Ignore her for two weeks and then call and invite her to something.

Don't get stuck in text hell. You shouldn't be chit-chatting away with this girl. Use texting primarily for making plans. Anything else is just filler. She's not going to be that interested in you until you meet in real life and bang her.

Sorry, I've been busy and didn't follow up with this. I asked for a meet after about 2 weeks, but she demurred and said that she was busy with work. I also noticed that the response time between my text being seen and a reply was getting very long. I've stopped texting her and haven't heard anything since. Next.
