I live in the middle of nowhere
So how am I supposed to find a woman when I live in a tiny town that is 2-3 hours from the nearest city. And the nearest cities aren't cities, they are more like bigger towns.

Small town girls have high standards since they can get the pick of the best guys.

Move. Or create an online business so you can travel more.

I'm Here.

RE: I live in the middle of nowhere
This is where I was born and grew up (shrink the map to get an idea):

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Kachka...7d6b01ef3d

When I was 15, Soviet Union collapsed and anarchy started.

In 2001 I finally got H1B visa when 9/11 happened and I've been told "sorry, not interested anymore".

In 2005 I landed in Sydney, Australia with $5000 I owed back in Russia and had to repay within three months (and a wife and 2 year old daughter were with me).

By 2011 I already run a business on my own (full time, quit job).

And you are telling me you have "problem" finding women because you "live in small town"?

Your premise is flawed and speaks more towards your mindset than towards reality, but I'll humor you.

Save up one or two thousand bucks, enough to wing it, and move to Austin, TX.

Seems like everyone else already did that yesterday.

There are lots of women here.

If you can drink PBR, ride a fixie, and not take showers, you can get laid here, the bar isn't too high.

Also, drop the defeatist attitude.

Everywhere you go, walk around like you own the place.

If you're truly ready to focus on self improvement and not just pay lip service to it, then you've come to the right place.

Welcome to the RVF.

well, it's hard to "just move" because I have a good paying job. That's why I don't just pack up and move. If I was making min. wage, I would in a second.

I have money saved up but if I move somewhere else, I won't be able to find a job that pays as much as I make now. I'm also socially awkward and people generally do not like me so I would have a heck of a time getting a new job.

So you want people to move to you? I have a solution: become a woman because that is the only way. Otherwise, you will have to get creative. Also what sort of job do you have in a small town that is so good you're worried about leaving?

So you claim you're socially awkward and "no one likes you", yet you have a job in a small town that according to you, pays really good that you're worried about leaving it?

work on your inner game and how you perceive yourself, you will find alot of valuable info on this forum. I don't think anyone here is bashing you so don't take the comments personally, but you have to be realistic and more elaborate so someone can give you the valuable information you need.

You aren't going to get a lot of sympathy on a forum full of guys who have given up a hell of a lot to move to entirely new continents to pursue the life that they really wanted.

Keep being a nobody then. You want us to help you out with your life? Bring a truck full of girls for you to bang? You don't even have a question. Implicit in your post is this question: how can everything be much better if I don't want to make any changes at all? It can't.

This.

At 22 I've moved out of my hometown and went to live to Thailand, 12 hours time zone difference, to pursue the life I wanted. Banging chicks daily, cheap lifestyle, etc. is what awaits those who decide to make a move. Just do it. Nobody can do it for you.

RE: I live in the middle of nowhere
Not really adding much to what has already been said but I grew up in a small town in Oregon which was one colossal sausage fest. Even though I was the beta of all betas back then I still had enough common sense to realize that I would never get anywhere by staying there. I was in a dead end job, 24 years old and decided that I needed to get a college degree in order to get the hell out. Through hard work I did just that. I got my MIS degree, moved to Portland where things dramatically improved. While there I got married and we moved to SoCal for the better weather and career opportunities.

I've been divorced now for over 4 years and I literally can send myself into a cold sweat panic attack by thinking about what life would be like if I had stayed in my shit hole home town...

Check out the military, as long as you don't have a record or a serious medical issue you should be fine. You'll have instant status, a steady paycheck, and get to see the world. I'm not from a small town but I was living in my mom's basement without a car (which is just as bad) and was able to get back on my feet going that route and have fucked more women in three years than I have in all five years of college and three years post-college combined.

It'll also take social improvement on your part. Read and soak in the info on these forums, start talking to girls and have a guy wing with you for practice. Also something important to add is that in game, nobody will feel sorry for you (especially women), so lose the defeatism.

well said. If this guy can move from the Russia, land in Australia with 5k and start a business in 6 years, you (OP) Can stop fucking around in a small town and move out.
