I'm more perplexed at why the sperm bank would even have a schizophrenic criminal's sperm in the first place. Did he go to freeze it there for any odd reason or did they just accept his donation for shits and giggles?

It's funny because it didn't happen to us. Even dykes can be mothers if they want. They could suck a dude's cock and put the semen in a syringe if they wanted. They made a contract with another party (clinic) and they failed miserably. Now the world gets another retarded in an lesbian home.

God knows how many problematic sperm that clinic put in women's belly.

Quick correction needed: You linked to a story about different case than the initial one that started off this thread.

The one you linked to is about Jennifer Cramblett accidentally getting sperm from a black sperm donor. The original one was about a couple, Angela Collins and Margaret Elizabeth Hanson, getting sperm from a mentally ill donor. That's a big difference.

I'm pointing this out because the confusion will make some comments earlier in the thread (like mine) retroactively appear racially inflammatory. That was not the intent. My comment that referenced single mothers was about the original case and not this one.

My apologies if this sounds nitpicky, but with all the racial arguments on here, I think this matters. I definitely don't want to get caught up in one of *those* threads. There was no racial element to the original story.

"To get a decent cut, Jennifer must travel to a black neighbourhood, where she is obviously different in appearance, and not overtly welcome."

The sperm bank refunded her – but she has now taken the company to court in Ohio so they are "held accountable".



The lawsuit continued: "Jennifer was crying, confused and upset.

"All of the thought, care and planning that she and Amanda had undertaken to control their baby’s parentage had been rendered meaningless. In an instant.

"Jennifer’s excitement and anticipation of her pregnancy was replaced with anger, disappointment and fear."

Her claim was thrown out by the judge but she has been told to resubmit it on the grounds of negligence.

Miss Cramblett will be back in court in December.
