I subscribed to Men's Health for a while (I think 1999-2003). Makes me glad I unsubscribed and never looked back. Men's Health is attached to Rodale, which pings you constantly with marketing.

My wife got me a free subscription to Men's Journal, and equally blue pill/MSM rag.

At one point where I had a job that sucked, I was reading a lot of the copyediting/blogging type sites. I came across "Men with Pens", but unsubscribed when I realized that it's mostly women writing it.

Art of Manliness is probably the best of the sites I listed but I wasn't commenting on the quality of the sites or magazines. Maybe I'm just showing my biases for what I think a site aimed at men should be like. But if you compare the blogs of people in this forum or RooshV.com, to Art of Manliness, it's extremely subdued. I entered into this last year, didnt really think id win but figured it couldn't hurt to get my name and face out there. The guy who won last year had only one arm and leg so i think people just felt real bad for him which im sort of okay with. The sad part of this is that she was given trt fairly easily. Compare this to a man that has difficulties and has to jump through hoops to get the same trt as she did.
