I was reading the Text game part of Bang, but a thought occurred to me that this stuff only really applies if you've opened her IRL and number closed. Is there a different type of game you have to use for Tinder?

My Tinder game is atrocious. Been using for about a month, 60 matches, no dates!

It definitely is different since with Tinder or OKC the texting and photos are what's doing the heavy lifting verses your in person vibe for a more conventional approach. Definitely read through the Tinder and OKC threads since the messaging will essentially be the same for both. There's tons of examples of texting conversations and screen shots. For me, I tend to open with saying something funny or sarcastic about either their photos or their brief Tinder description. I try to frame myself as not taking it too seriously and at the same time I'm qualifying the woman to see if she has a sense of humor and will play along. If she's bitchy in her reply I can quickly next her with almost no time wasted. After about 5-10 back and fourths (use your judgement) I'll say how lame the app is for messaging and for her to send me her number so we can text like "normal people". If she sends you her number, text her and resume the conversation. After another 5-10 back and fourths over text go for the date and be decisive. If she balks at giving her number for any reason unmatch her and move on.

My Tinder routine is merely get the number ASAP. For most cases, it looks like this:

Me: Hey, how are you?
Her: Fine, thanks, and you?
Me: I am doing great. Look, I think you are cute. Let's have drinks next week. (What do you think?)
Her: Yeah!/Okay
Me: Well then, give me your Whatsapp
Her: ###-#######
(END)

Once with the number, proceed with standard game. Nowadays I prefer calling over texting. Such a simple thing will differentiate you from the rest of dudes wanting to get in her pants through texting.

Cheers lads. Although when opening I normally take Oregon's approach of saying something unique and witty about one of her pics or bio. I know a lot of women get bored of guys just saying "Hi, how are you" etc.

So far, my text game is very similar to Tinder game. Only exception is, if you don't push for the number at some point in the first conversation, you probably won't ever get the number. Only exception I had to this was where a girl hit me up a week after we chatted on Tinder. We didn't even trade numbers, instead I met her at the local pub, and got the bang at her place within a few hours. THEN she shared her number, and unfortunately became a stage 5 clinger that I had to cut loose.
