Nah - I like it. Guys scream all the time at their jobs when something pisses them off. There are CEOs who do it on a daily basis.

Some bosses come in 3 sets of emotional settings: grumpy, furious or stark-raving lunatic. Dennis Quaid's meltdown is nothing really - more funny and Alpha-ish actually.
