I doubt that those things happen often for now. It is essentially only a sign and legally it might be on shaky legs anyway. Currently it amounts to little more than harassment - if you don't travel with an entire arsenal of gear, you will be fine.

It's not as if there are no Swedish bodybuilders and the Strongmen sport is quite popular there - those guys take massive doses too.

I just find it interesting a sign for things to come.

People in the past said that all things started out in California (like the current YesMeansYes crap) - I guess for Europe the test-bed is Sweden. And not all desired steps will take hold.

So essentially for now it's just harassment. Also the man stopped at the street above was under no legal obligation to submit to a blood test.

For me as a swede, this kind of thing is normal. I know it can seem farcical for an outsider, but if you walk around in a gym looking too big, a police officer can force you to take a urine test. Same goes for drugs, if you look high, you can be forced to take a drug test and be prosecuted just for having drugs in your system.

And what happens to a foreigner who is forced to submit to a urine test and found "guilty" of doing some TRT?

Fuck - seems like they are truly wanting to create a country where healthy males should leave immediately. But the worst thing is that this might come to other countries too - first within the EU.

If you can prove you didn't do it on swedish soil (eg. showing a plane ticket) you're safe. And keep in mind, being stopped like this is very unlikely. In my 5 years of working out I've never seen any random testing, although I hear the police target smaller cellar gyms withour cardio machines where meatheads congregate.

This does not surprise me one bit - they are testing out plenty of marxist crap out in Sweden - war on healthy masculinity is part of it. Strong men or men who take some testosterone are the enemy. Who else is going to be able to fight against the coming dictatorship but guys like that?

I live in Miami and steroids are rampant here especially Winstrol. This guy pictured is not on steroids. The signs of steroids are alopecia, "rope like" bulging veins, ridging and bulging of the brow, and stretch marks from muscle growing out of proportion to the surrounding skin. He has none of these tells, he just looks like he works out and eats right.

With all the insane stories we hear coming from Sweden it annoys me that this country is used as an example of progress to others. Who would want to live in that nightmare of a place?

Haha, I was going to say the exact same thing, I'm also in Miami and yes, steroid use is so rampant and common here, every other guy in the gym is using it. The guy in the picture just looks like a normal guy who works out, here he would be a normal guy.
