Seeing a girl at the moment, and she accidentally left me a 5 minute voicemail last night.

It's picking up two voices, one is hers and the other is her friend's

Can't really make out the audio very well, but if anyone would be willing / has the skills to transcribe it, there's a rep point in it for you.

Accent is a slightly cockney london accent.

And by the way, this is for pure enjoyment, and to further screen her. no oneitis here.

Since you're from England, I don't think I'd be any help. I have a hard enough time deciphering my sister-in-law's Cumbria accent in person.

But if you or anyone here is into sound editing, I'd recommend the following in matters like these:

1). Download the freeware sound editing program Audacity.

2). Upload your sound file into it. If it's an MP3, it will still be uploaded as a WAV file, so no conversion is needed.

3). Edit the WAV file. This is also easy. Go to the "effects" drop-down menu and check out all the features.

4). Use the Change Tempo feature to slooow the voice down, without deepening its tone. This makes it more understandable.

5). Use the "Equalization" feature to clarify what you wish to hear or what you don't want to hear. It's a 31-band equalizer, so you can zero in very closely on certain pitches. For example, if you want to hear a shrill, high female voice, but block out a deeper voice, find which of the electronic EQ levers hits the tone of that deeper voice, then remove that tone. Then find which level raises the volume of the higher-pitched voice, and raise it.

6). Use the "Noise Removal" feature to remove distracting background noise. This can get confusing but it's not so hard. If there is background noise you want to remove, use Noise Removal to "sample" that noise (under "get noise profile"). Then highlight the whole WAV file and click on "noise removal." It gives you some options. Adding higher levels of "noise reduction" will remove more and more of the sampled background noise. You can also preview your choices.

Noise removal can also be done first and might be the only step you need, but since it's confusing for newbies, it's best done only if absolutely necessary until you get used to sound editing.
