Man I've been learning Russian on and off on my own for years. I'm super focused now after having just visited the RF. I've been looking at a few online Russian tutorial groups. A lot of them seem to have a large amount of female teachers and I am worried that by receiving instruction from females, I'll unconsciously internalize Russian female speaking patterns or inflections. Don't wanna be talking like a lil bitch in big bad Moscow, вы знаете, что я скажу?

Or when they say "Speak Russian" in as little as 10 minutes! They just teach you ten words and then voila, you can speak [10 words of] Russian in ten minutes.

It's impossible to internalize "feminine speaking patterns in Russian" if you mean speaking using female gendered nouns and such as you would not make sense. Well you would be understood but any errors would be attributed to you being a foreigner rather than a little bitch. Although i wouldn't recommend trying to prove your manliness there either. Could be bad for your health mostly due to xenophobia and idiocy
