I wouldn't worry too much about it. It doesn't sound like she called the cops, doesn't sound like she did any kind of rape kit, and even if she did go to the cops it doesn't sound like the kind of case a prosecutor would take seriously given her history, and the lack of evidence. Sounds like a case of a chick telling friends that she was raped to get attention, and likely the biggest thing that you have to worry about is her trying to ruin your reputation.

That being said do not talk to nobody about this other than a lawyer. The same thing happened to a friend of mine after he had a one night stand with a girl. She called him to discuss what happened, and he simply told her "my lawyer told me not to discuss this with anybody." Her roommate later told him that the police were recording that conversation. After a few weeks they called him and told him that no charges would be filed, and he didn't have to worry about it any longer.

As far as what the average guy should do to be safe, I don't think having a lawyer on retainer is the answer. Lawyers really can't do anything for you unless you're actually involved in a legal matter, and as crazy as women are that's statistically unlikely for most of us. I think, in general, it doesn't hurt to keep records of communication with women to refute accusations of wrongdoing. It also doesn't hurt to remove women from situations where they can hurt you: don't fuck women you work with or sell/do drugs with, for instance.

The best solution is to find a country with laws that don't discriminate against men.

I wouldn't say anything further to anyone, BUT if the dude contacts you again assure him you can give reference of her character if he gets into a legal shit hole but I'd leave it at that.

To be honest, a lot of cops know how shitty women are and most women at best can only point fingers at one person at a time and get away with it.
