Best Way to Make Memes / Images?
Do you guys use certain sites for that? What if you want to make up something custom? I suppose it needs to be hosted somewhere, but what if you desire anonymity?

I use an app on my android called Meme Generator, it's free and works well then upload to imgur and link it.
