I know this may have to be redirected to the newbie section but I'm pretty keen on making an approach to this chick that works at my local gym and I have had my eye on her for some time now. The only real exchanges I had with her was asking how much gym fees were for 6 months, which I forgot, and her asking me if I was using the squat rack next to the bench I was benching on. I did find it odd that she asked me if I was using the rack cause it clearly looked like I was benching. Basically, what I want to know if there is a potential shot with this girl and a good way to approach her. Whether its relevant or not, I have noticed when I've seen her at the gym she gives me absolutely NO eye contact whatsoever even when we are a few feet apart. Even if I was to find a fat chick ugly I would still sneak a peek as a natural reaction whereas this chick is giving me none. Is this me over-thinking it or she just doesn't show interest? Thanks pimps and players

Hah, this reminds me of a friend who used to say "dude that girl totally wants me... see how she's not looking at me"

No use agonizing over it. There are a million reasons she may not be making eye contact with you at the gym. Super focused, doesn't make eye contact in general, has seen you peeping her forever and not making a move, etc.... The only way you're going to know if she's interested is to actually approach her.

Although once it comes to the point that youre asking on the internet whether or not you should approach a <b>specific</b> girl, you've put way too much importance on her. If you do I'd go more old man approach and gauge her reaction. I think direct is wrong. You've seen her so many times, and it doesn't seem bold anymore, just incongruent.
